Hi I'm not actually downloading this app at all, I've looked at all the reviews you have received and it just seems like you are either extremely bad at your job whilst happily taking others money or you are mucking people around hoping they will give up and not withdraw. You're basically bullying your customers, taking their money knowing full well you are having major issues and faults with your ability to pay out winnings yet having no issue whatsoever taking everyone's money...."Multi million dollar industry" constantly having the same problem with email verifications, all your customers are unable to withdraw their winnings...why is it so difficult for anyone to withdraw please explain?(Actually don't because we all know it'll be some half pie unauthentic generic apology that basically makes excuses for everything whilst taking no accountability for your system and all its many errors)..why are you still running? How are you still running? It seems everyone is being mucked around and only until they write a bad review explaining their situation and frustration are they paid. Why are all your responses to those emails "sincere" and magically everyone who complains has their email verified?? Like c'mon you can be honest with me I won't spoil your scam... You're purposely not verifying emails and making up heaps of excuses to hold off verifying emails so you don't have to pay out...and hey it's okay I understand that you've given your staff incentives to try and not pay out as many consumers as possible... Can't even verify emails when literally every single other company that needs email verifications seems to have no problem whatsoever...how come your company struggles yet still happily takes hard working honest good people's money whilst promising riches..and when the lucky ones do win you won't even pay them out until they write a bad review to which you magically always have a perfect blatant lie of an excuse and your pre prepared generic "sincere" responses which are basically the same for every single review which shows you aren't seeing your customers as individuals but basically just a big pool of victims that you rip off and build your revenue from, you don't even have the care and respect to respond authentically and promise to fix your flaws in your I.T department. No just wait for the reviews of people fed up and only fix their account, then you verify their email so you can try and save face in the reviews section, so you can hopefully try to sucker in more victims to your scam. This whole app and reviews section just screams Scam, everyone you can't fn trust anything online to do with gambling and winning money..these disgusting heartless snakes have no remorse for your wellbeing and your lives or struggles, they have no sincere feelings at all for you, they just want your money and have built something that they think is smart to deceive and commit fraudulent activity, basically trying to ruin families and steal from everyone whilst thinking they're sneaky, it's just pathetic and this app will be shut down very soon and there will be investigations and some people will get caught and have to pay but majority of their staff will be in some 3rd world country where decent law enforcement can't really get them, everyone just stay away honestly if they aren't paying you out then they are stealing and using/selling your information. If you use I'd verification they will take that and steal your identity they will try to use your info to commit fraud or cash out anything under your name.
So I don't actually care about this fake unauthentic reply I'll receive from this review(it will basically just be a list of excuses and reasons to try prove they are legit and do actually care....they don't) I know it's hard and we wanna just play pokies and win but the world ain't that kind like that we have snakes everywhere and they're evolving and their biggest push for money ATM is fake, glitchy online casino scams that just should not at all be this difficult to pay out...it's a scam everyone, it's a scam they're trying to keep afloat as not a "scam" by paying out the aaaabsolute minimum that they possibly can which will only be those of you who complain, still the RTP will be disgusting and they say they have decent RTP, but have they actually ever posted stats and proof showing so? No they just said it.

Finger weg, warte seit über einer Woche auf eine Auszahlung und werde ständig vertröstet, dass die Auszahlung bearbeitet wird. Habe das Gefühl das die Auszahlung nie stattfinden wird.

Finger weg von diesem Casino !! Nachdem ich nach einer langen Durst Strecke über 120k gewann , wovon man immer nur 15k monatlich auszahlen kann ,wurde mir nach 1,5 Monaten einfach das Konto gesperrt . Finger weg !!!

Nachdem ich das Casino nach einigen schlechten Erfahrungen und der Schließung des Kontos mal wieder testen wollte, war es auch mit der Lust wieder vorbei.
Nachdem ich den Antrag zur Öffnung stellte, wurde mir versichert das es nach 7 Tagen wieder eröffnet ist. Ist zwar schon ne lange Wartezeit, aber ok.
Nachdem ich die Selbstauskunft zum Spielverhalten ausgefüllt und wie gefordert einen Screenshot an den Support geschickt hatte, war keine Reaktion mehr von Maneki da. Am 6. Tag kontaktierte ich dann den Livechat um mal daran zu erinnern das denn der 7. Tag morgen da wäre.
Die Antwort, melden Sie sich in 6 Tagen mal wieder, die Abteilung würde noch prüfen und jetzt wäre erstmal Wochenende, da arbeitet die Abteilung eh nicht.
Da viel die Lust in diesem Casino zu spielen auf unter null. Ich fragte dann noch ob das denn bei Auszahlungen auch so abläuft ? Ich muss dazu noch erwähnen das ich den Livechat erst am 2. Tag meiner Versuche erreicht hatte und per Mail keine Antwort kam.
Ich entschied mich dann im Livechat zum Abbruch der Öffnung, gar nicht so einfach bei Maneki 😂, dass macht nämlich die gleiche Abteilung und ich solle doch bitte einen Antrag stellen.
Kurzum, wenn ich so in einem Casino empfangen werde um da Kunde zu sein, vergeht einem leider alles und sagt viel über die Aroganz und Überheblichkeit eines Casinos aus.
Für mich kommt es nicht mehr in Frage.

Wanted to payout my deposit. Couldnt do it cause its not possible to verify the emailaccount. Cause no browser is taking the link from the verifying email. The customer service give me one time answer that i should try again to verify. And then afterwards no more response to my emails. Fingers away from this casino....

Only one little minus point. You can only withdrawal 1000€ per day, and between the payouts there MUST be 24 hours, it all takes a bit too long!
