Mansfield Forward BID Avaliações 

Thank you Richard and the BID team. Richard has just painted the inside of my shop and done an amazing job. Nothing was too much trouble for him, The shop looks like new - which is a great achievement.

Sean and Richard from the maintenance team at BID came out to Mansfield Citizens Advice yesterday morning. I was just expecting Sean to review the jobs that needed doing and arrange a date to return. However, instead, Richard was ready then and there and got on with the work immediately. No fuss, no sucking in of teeth suggesting the job was difficult etc. Very friendly and very positive with a ‘no problem’ attitude. This was so refreshing.

Richard fixed 4 doors in our basement that had warped with damp and now they all shut perfectly. He was efficient and professional and I couldn’t be more pleased. Sean even arranged to get us and fit a new letterbox cover as we noticed someone had ripped ours off that morning.

Shocking!
This event was not how they told everyone. There was supposed to be a scary maze, Performances, ghost hunt, spin the wheel horror and more.. However there was only a ghost train, face painting and then some sweets, However the sweets were not child friendly. I'd say for older children not for the younger ones. My daughter only liked one sweet and other ones were way too hard for children to eat. It was all rammed next to each other so the ques were awful, people couldn't tell where the ques start and was so hard to move around especially with a Pushchair! Very disappointed me and the children were looking forward to it all especially the 'scary maze' However there was not any!! Very upset about this.

Face painting booth would've been nice if there were 3 or more people doing the face paint. Instead, there is only one!!!! Que'd for 3 hrs and it's not even that busy!!!

We at Richard Watkinsons very much appreciate their quick response and assistance in helping resolve maintenance issues in our office. They are very friendly and approachable

Sean from Bids is such a massive support to us here at The Hair Clinic. No job is too big or small, from collecting our cardboard to carrying our rubbish down the fire escape “which terrifies us!”
He’s fitted flooring here for us,
Mended locks,
We recently had issues with plumbing which Sean came in to repair in our absence as the work couldn’t be carried out while we had patients in the clinic.
The work was carried out swiftly and the clinic was left spotless.
It’s so great to have someone so honest and trustworthy to help out in these emergencies, we’re so grateful.

Always a pleasant experience when dealing with the BID Team, friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Did my First Aid course with them and found it very enjoyable and informative. Tom was very enthusiastic and taught in a very relaxed and friendly manner, which helped the day fly by and helped the information sink in.

Felt completely at ease with Tom explaining everything clearly to be informative but with added fun and laughter to really enjoy the day.
