Per cui non acquistate da questo sito se cercate un rivenditore con un buon servizio di post vendita, se invece volete solo risparmiare lo consiglio perché ha ottimi prezzi

I ordered a Iphone but the amount was restituted in 4 days without an explanation. Hoping that Groupon arranged that knowing it is a fraude organization, but I could do with some info.

I wish I would have read these reviews before buying a Serrano Ham from Mantoquin on a Groupon deal. There was no customer feedback from the moment placing the order, and when the ham arrived just like some of the other people that have left feedback, the ham was like a piece of rock, it was that hard. Not just about the money, but its terrible getting scammed like this, especially through a company like Groupon. The ham was thrown in the bin as it was total rubbish.

I read that someone else fell for this scam so thought I would join them in leaving a review. Like the other review we bought a Spanish Ham from Mantoquin. We were very excited when it arrived but that excitement quickly turned into disapointment when we opened the box and found the ham to be rock hard. Virtually impossible to cut, and bitter. I feel cheated and have contacted Groupon to sort the matter out. No way would I ever buy from this company again.

I recently bought a Serrano Ham from Mantoquin through Groupon UK. The ham arrived and after opening the package it was found to be as hard as a piece of wood, very bitter and salty. I buy these hams on a regular basis throughout the year, I know what is a decent product or not. Immediately I emailed Mantoquin explaining the problem. No reply for two weeks, so again I send an email. Few days later I receive an email telling me to contact them via a different email address. Same day I do this, again a polite email, these things happen. Finally after a month from my initial email I receive a short reply saying that they don't accept returns. I explain that this isnt that Ive changed my mind, the ham is inedible, it is as hard as a piece of wood. I also explaied that under UK and EU Consumer laws that "No Returns" means nothing if the product is not as described. I was not asked to send a photo, nothing. They simply were not interested in the problem and even less in trying to help.

At the end of the day, a disgusting product with even worse non-exsistant customer service. Mistakes happen, but the fact that they were not interested at all, makes me wonder how many other hams were got rid of via Groupon in this way
