Have been a loyal marigold customer for years ,having bought the washing up gloves, in medium the classic and paying a lot more for the sensitive,i buy bulk. However I have 5 pairs of sensitive that are clearly faulty and I cant get my hand in comfortably, a huge difference to others I have had. Which slip on no bother. I have tried emailing and phoning 0345 769 7356 and left messages but no one responds. I WOULDNT BOTHER BUYING THESE GLOVES YOU ARE THROWING YOUR MONEY AWAY AND THEY DONT CARE. TOTAL LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. Will update review if I hear back -they didnt bother

I'm absolutely appalled by Marigold,100% Unprofessional,Rude and liars,The work started on my property in August 2025,a team of 2 men were sent out to carry out external wall insulation ,They turned up without any prior notice,They had no health and safety gear,They were in sandals and pyjamas (asian dress)and spoke hardly any English,Ripped my EV charger off the wall and left it on the drive for several days,They refitted the Ev charger by drilling it on foam boards,Which fell off after a week,Where it should have been drilled into the brick work,The charger was damaged and these cowboys are not even admitting that its their fault,These guys aren't even electricians,Just here to do rendering,The next thing that shocked me was that they were turning up with their kids to help them around and the kids were swinging on the scaffoldings,I have CCTV footage of this and I will be sharing it on the other platforms,I have contacted TRUSTMARK and will be taking a legal action, I have contacted Marigold many times but these fools cannot even be bothered to answer emails and Phone,Please avoid these crooks ,They left piles of rubbish outside my property for months,Rude and some what very angry workers,

Very bad experience with marigold eco 4 company .All the team from office to ground worker team very irresponsible.They don't answer of any call and .First when any working team start work then stop and left the job and start work another job ,very poor service,no coordination,no proper cleaning after work ,still job pending,roof team started work on roof but after one week nobody back to start work .very terrible and stressed work .I never recommended this company.i will complaint to concerned authorities

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Marigold Insulation UK Limited. It has been over a year since they set up scaffolding on my property, and the project is still not completed. The prolonged presence of the scaffolding has caused significant inconvenience and damage to my property.

Moreover, they have caused damage to my house, including the gas pipes, which is a serious safety concern. The workers they employed seemed unprofessional and unskilled, which only added to the frustration. To make matters worse, no one ever answers the calls when I try to reach out for updates or to address these issues. I have been in person to visit their office where they were like we will get it all sorted its been a over a month after a third party has assessed our house and given them the report for the damages made and for them to rectified .

Adding to the distress, my 78-year-old parent is cold in the house even after they have done the worse installation on the walls and when they came to the very first appointment the agreement was totally different to the out come. This is highly unprofessional and unacceptable.
They decide they will start work and then they back off as no body want to pick the unprofessional work done to the property. they want the grant for the damage they have made and is further occurring ,

The lack of communication and accountability from the company has been appalling. I would not recommend Marigold Insulation UK Limited to anyone looking for reliable and professional service.

Where to start
They were advertising making out to be local this couldn't be further from the truth
After 5 surveys a delivery guy turned up with a van full of insulated panels and some beams not suited for my job I spent an hour unloading the van with the delivery guy for him to get off 4 hours later a few guys turned up own car not a van no ID and no clue

I then started to video these guys cutting panels the video is on Facebook as they had no clue no tape measures no lights and working in a loft.
Day 3 they're running out of materials, I end up going to a local woodyard to get supplies at my own expense but to be fair it's all their work needed pulling down and redoing.
day 4 they went home leaving me in a mess thank goodness it wasn't snowing outside and cold, ohh it was.

Next the heating guys turned up Sunrise Limited after 4 surveys no materials no drawings but they quickly set about destroying my floorboards and door thresholds, they left a house like a bombsight I messaged the owner with the pictures.

Next day they turned up and sat around for a while the heating specialist was trying to say it's okay for me to have radiators 200 millimetres higher than the window sills and why didn't I tell them that the house was a mess when they left the previous evening I mean what the **** so the only drawing about was the one I prepared that they copied and told me to sign their copy to accept the design laugh out loud still no materials no pumps no and no clue. I cleared out all my motorbikes as they said they needed to be in that space.

day 3, The radiator's turned up but all wrong sizes but how will they to know they didn't have any drawings.

4th day another delivery of plasterboard turned up told driver to see the site manager / heating specialist . He put them where my bikes were
A few radiators were fitted but pipe holes drilled were 30mm so that was good. nice not to have them neat after all.

Then it was break up for Christmas time, but thankfully they left all their mess, sandwich wrappers, packaging etc to blow around the garden.

But then Marigold wanted to ruin my Christmas as well, by coming in the break, they celebrate a different religion of course.
They were told to come back in the new year
The heating guys turned up on the 22nd of January to restart, still no pumps no radiators to replace wrong ones, more time wasted showing where the parts should go and the pipe runs should go through the cellar but they no listen and my walls and skirting begin to look like Swiss cheese.

I got told to F off' cause "I didn't know anything and not been to uni for 6 years," just like what they had.
I got told "if I didn't like it they would F off" so I asked them to leave, after an hour they were still here so again asked them to leave while they were in the process of ripping their work off the walls that had previously been done.
So then i get pushed about and threatened in my garden for it all to be recorded on CCTV whoops cops came after 45 minutes, basically believed the other guy and called me a liar and so I pointed out all was caught on CCTV, cops then changed their mind then arrested the guy that was working for sunrise and cautioned him, thankfully though the cops were good enough to help the other 15 construction guys that turned up from sunrise and Marigold to carry out the heat pumps, good use of people's taxes, off they went but left all the packaging to blow around my garden again, not sure if the other workers have something to hide as they legged it when the cops showed up.

I contacted head office, They didn't believe me and thought I made it up, little did they know I had recorded every conversation and videoed relative stuff from the 2nd day onwards, they said they will send a new team
Sunrise called and the usual rubbish spoken about it being unacceptable and could they have a copy of the video of the assault.

We now get into the middle of February no heating and no insulation and no hot water since November
New heat pumps turned up on the second day I could go on but you get in the drift heat pumps mounted not level pipe work poor, tanks not level same specialist again clueless but great news 8 heating engineers on site now working from when they could be bothered to turn up till between 7 and 8:00 PM.

3rd day of this latest session at 4:00 o'clock I was going to be going out at six they basically refused to go and left about 7:30 having managed to have 4 water leaks, one of which on the new kitchen ceiling fused electrics.
Thank goodness the owner wasn't here supervising, oh he was, he was sat at his van.

Basically I can only insert 4000 characters so there isn't enough space.
But if you see Marigold turn up in a van or sunrise turn up in a van lock your doors don't let them in it's safer that way.

I'm 100 hours of my time dealing with these people and could have done the whole job in that time with proper local contractors

Company is a shambles!!! Not customer service orientated. False promises from the get go! Their “workmen” damaged my property inside the house, left rubbish everywhere, found it fitting to turn up 7 hours later to do a loft insulation and boiler refit. Only to give me hot water and heating finally at 0330am when they left!! 16 months later and they still haven’t contacted me reference to my damages they have caused, the missing bit of the installation still outstanding. Thermostat don’t work. The “hive” equivalent system they set up works when it wants! Multiple complaints logged with them with proof of videos and pictures of their shoddy work and workmen standing all over my kitchen units (despite me giving them stepladder’s to use) yet they still saying it’s my fault for allowing them to cause so much damage!

Syed Abbas intervened and I thought was at a break through to try and get this sorted. Lovely man, drove 100 plus miles to come see me, got my side of the story, with pictures and evidence, set some expectations, agreed values for the work which would be required to be completed and also rectify their damages they caused.

Marigold acknowledged their shortcomings and agreed compensation (why would you if you not done anything wrong) yet again am faced with no further communication from them or this mediator despite my weekly/monthly messages to him.

I have all the evidence and will be seeking legal action against these people!!

Work was carried out in July 2023. It’s now November 2024. Still awaiting them to rectify their mistakes.

Absolutely pathetic! Stay well away!!!

Man showed up, very unprofessional, kept leaving doors open despite us having an indoor cat and tried opening our broken back door despite us warning him of its condition. Also tried to get me to sign documents that were meant for the landlord, which would have entered myself into a contract with the company when we won’t be living here in a few months. READ THE CONTRACTS!!!

They are so unprofessional and complete cowboys. Management are totally clueless or they do not care about the jobs at all.
The builders they use are absolute cowboys from overseas who have little to no building experience!!! The builders are from back home and are disgusting sleezy men! So called Azmat Khan and his builders!!
This company wants money from the government and then f**ks off even though there is still work to be done! Communication is ridiculous and all iv ever done is kept chasing when the work is going to be done, when the builders are coming. Sohail Ali is the worst person to deal with. He makes out he's a big man who manages everything but he's an absolute pillock. He's all mouth and no action. He promises you the world and when the builders come they do a sh** job!
Iv had nothing but trouble since they started.
The builders could not even simply paint my attic after plastering (so I had to do this myself!). Then after they put the radiators on it's caused a leak which took them a while to figure out, then they damaged my security cameras which I had to pay to get fixed (no reimbursement given yet), then the builders broke the wardrobe and covered it up in a white sheet and f****d off! After realising the wardrobe they denied breaking this, and now there has been a leak in the bedroom because they didn't do the roof properly and the rain water is coming through!!! We have had thunder storms and heavy rain. Iv complained and nothing is done... I am still waiting. For the past week the leak is getting worse and SOHAIL ALI is ignoring my calls and messages. Another guy Subhaan is also a total waste as he has said the company took everything off him! And now a person called ABDUL - cannot find ladders to get to the roof ... !!!! What an absolute joke! Meanwhile rainwater is still leaking damaged the plaster on the inside, the carpet and walls... I can't even sleep in that room!!!
Iv asked for managements number and they are all ignoring me. No accountability and no ownership from any of them nor the stupid company.

After some mishaps about certain jobs, Sayed Abbass has been reassuring and will be sorting out the unresolved issues.
He has shown respect and integrity.
Hopefully everything should get solved.
I am happy with the outcome.
This was 16th October.

We are now in December and nothing has been resolved. The radiators are hanging off the walls inside and now the pipes outside are off the walls too!! Sayed Abbass promised me so so much and has not delivered anything. No work has been rectified !!!!! Absolutely LIVID !!!!!
I have no words to describe this company nor the people or how they operate. The owner is apparently a family man and Sayed Abbass is apparently a well respected man in Bham. Well all I have to say is that they are all talk with no action. Promising you so much and then doing nothing.

Avoid at all costs, they have broken a set of expensive blinds in one bedroom. Hovering over me making sure I wrote a good review before he left, didn't once mention he damaged the blinds. Joke of a company with terrible sneaky workers.

Absolute cowboys... Caused internal water damage, won't accept liability, the security gate was removed to fit insulation and haven't put it back on when asked as the gate is shared with 3 other properties & the other householders are fuming, the job has not been complete, was told work would be completed in 14 days for when the family were back off holiday from pakistan, when returned, the place looked like a building site, plus caused internal water leak which has ruined our freshly decorated walls which also has played hevoc with electrics, water logged the insulation in cellar and flooded cellar and external sewage pipe is leaking badly when flushing the toilet. The family later learned since the one of your workmen entered the property without keys to stop the internal leak, entry was through a bedroom window, this is unacceptable..
Keep getting fobbed off when trting to call, so looking at trading standards, checkatrade and citizens advice for action..
Absolute cowboys and fuming with these workmen, 81 - S4 this is still ongoing since mid August.
Update November, neighbour refitted security gate at cost to the neighbour... Rightfully he did what was necessary to protect the properties to the rear... He dud a good job

I would like to say that this is the worse company I have experiences. The workers are completely unprofessional. They have broken my bathroom sewerage line pipe and my whole house is full of water. The work they promised to finish in 10 days hasn’t been done and it’s been more than 3 weeks. God knows how long it’ll take. I just wanted to know what sort of legal action to take and who to complain to please, as the company don’t respond.Any link or contact number will be appreciated please.

Prompt responses from company, staff is always friendly and ready to provide help and answer questions. Highly recommend it.mr Asif shah is very competent and technically skilled he is cooperative now I’m very happy from marigold works

MARIGOLD INSULATION Ltd is one of the worst and very low-quality company. Completely lack of responsibility and No reliable company. I suggest anyone who wants to deal with this company, DO NO DEAL WITH THEM. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. I've had a terrible experience with them regarding boiler installation

The team supervised by Mr Abbas was very professional and competent in the profession
I would not hesitate to recommend Marigold Insultaions to anyone requiring work

This is worst ever company. They changed my boiler but they were too unprofessional.
1- they left all rubbish behind (such as bricks after making a hole in the wall).
2- they changed TVR for the Radiators, but its not working. They said its not their job to know why its not working. The question is what is the point of changing TVR if its not working. They asked me £200 extra to make it proper to work, which I refused.
3- They moved bathroom radiator to put TVR or something but they did not put it back in proper bracket, its moving now. I called them again to fix it, the gas engineer came but he did not fix it and said he does not have tools with him now to do the job.
4- while they were screwing in the wall, screw went to other side of the wall and break my bathroom tile. I realised that a weak later but could not do anything.
5- Now I am in process of a formal complaint, because the TVRs for radiators are not working. I did wall insulation with another company they were very professional and they told me to complain about TVR, why its not working, they told me to contact them to come and fix it. but they do not care they will not come, I want to do a formal compain about that.

Absolute clowns and cowboys. After months of waiting, the appointment to install the insulation following the survey was scheduled. They have not showed up, nor have they told me that none one is coming. Only when I called them, they said that no one is coming that day. No reason was provided. Following my complaint, they have rescheduled for the following week and in the middle of the job, the guys who were on site have received a call from their office to tell them that the job was cancelled. No explanation was provided to the guys on site nor to me. I have chased them several times, but never received a response. Since then, I have installed the insulation myself. Stay clear from these fraudsters.
