Marsh & Parsons (Wimbledon office) have been very accommodating and considerate since they took over from Andrew Scott Robertson. We have had some issues that obviously occur when renting, and our property manager, Nayara, has been incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our time living at the property. We look forward to continuing to rent with them in future.

my daughter bought a house in barnes london sw13 through marsh parsons Completion 31 march 2026 To date the agency has ignored repeated requests reminders to remove sale listing and photos of interior of her house for safety privacy concerns This continued false advertising by marsh parsons on their website of the already sold property is unethical and misleads potential buyers

Marsh & Parsons (Notting Hill office) and their managing agent, Charlie Caine, have been outstanding from start to finish.
The team worked seamlessly across offices, showing real coordination and commitment. They found a tenant swiftly and went above and beyond to ensure the apartment was presented at its best.
Charlie, in particular, has been a pleasure to work with: professional, highly responsive, and always offering clear, practical advice. Over the past year , and especially in the last two months working closely together, the level of service has been consistently excellent.

Damp/Mice/Leaking Roof - Really Poor Service as a tenant.
We’ve had a very disappointing experience with Marsh & Parsons since the start of our tenancy in November 2025.
The property was misrepresented as furnished—the agent later admitted this was an assumption and hadn’t been confirmed with the landlord. In reality, the furniture belonged to the outgoing tenant, who attempted to sell it to us. Despite raising multiple issues before moving in—including damp, mould, broken lights, and the need for a professional clean—none were addressed. We moved into a property that was unclean, had a strong damp smell, visible mould, and unresolved maintenance issues.
Since then, problems have continued, including a leaking roof (still unresolved months later), ongoing damp and mould with no clear plan, pest issues (mice and now a cockroach), and outstanding basic repairs. Communication has been consistently poor—contractors attend, but there is little to no follow-up, and we are left chasing for updates.
There also appears to be a lack of coordination between teams, with issues raised early on later treated as new, causing further delays.
Overall, the service has fallen well below the standard expected of a professional letting agent. The lack of action, accountability, and communication has made this an extremely frustrating and concerning experience.

Debbie was very prompt as our agent and helped give us a wonderful stay.
Poor service from an unorganized office
We lived in a home for 5 years that was managed by M&P's Fulham office. For the first year we had very good service and communication with their representative. Starting in year 2 there was a revolving door of agents that communicated contradictory information time after time. I can't imagine that they have a working CRM because we constantly had to remind them what was going on with the property they were supposed to be managing.
When it came time for us to move we dealt with three months of agent scheduling showings and then not showing up or showing up at the wrong time, and failing to call or text us about changes. At move out time, they flatly lied about the condition of the property, missing keys, and other matters. They also tried to get us to pay utility bills after our contract had ended (an image of one bill showed it addressed to 'New Resident'). In our communication with the property owner (who was an excellent owner), they called M&P 'the worst.'
In the future, I would not rent a property that used them as management, and I definitely would caution owners from hiring them.

I'm happy with our M&P Property Manager who organised for our maintenance issues to be sorted quickly and effectively. Feedback throughout the process was excellent. The whole experience was very refreshing.

Our contact person at Marsh & Parsons ( Max Davies ) is one of the most responsive managing agent we have come across in our twenty years of owning properties in the UK and we can highly recommend Marsh&Parsons for managing leased properties and its tenants at a fair price.

I had a great experience with Max Davis. He was very quick to respond and handled all my enquiries efficiently following the termination of my tenancy agreement, especially when it came to my deposit.
