Took a month to arrive, then it arrived not as described at all. Was supposed to be getting thick cotton shirts (5 for £55), they arrived and were thin and see-through gym shirts. Support was less than helpful telling me returns would incur me significant cost in addition to my purchase. I was then offered a maximum of £15 to not leave an "honest" review. Avoid this scam.

Bought shorts from Marvelousee and had an issue with the order/size. Customer service repeatedly tried to avoid honoring their own return policy and kept offering small “compensation” amounts (first 4 USD, then 6 USD) instead of providing a proper return label and refund.

Their website clearly states a 14-day return policy, but in practice they make the process extremely difficult by requesting packaging photos, SKU labels, and other things most customers naturally throw away after delivery.

Very disappointing experience and not what I would expect from a serious company. Be careful before ordering.

Horrible back and forth. I wanted to return items that were never opened because I saw how poor the quality was for what I paid. I tried for a month to return and they kept trying to give me minimal refund. They started at $2 and went as high as $12. The picture on the site for double knit tank tops was not even close. They arrived and were in a plastic wrap that you could see them. I can see right through the tank tops. This place should be shut down. Still haven’t received instructions to return. They keep ignoring my request.

Item eventually arrived but was way too big versus the sizing chart. Fabric quality was very poor and cheap. Requests for refund and return instructions met with the response of a $5 compensation and "give the item to someone else". Compensation offer increased over multiple emails to $15. They are now non-responsive. Complete Shysters!

They stole your money, I bought a bag as a gift for a friend, never received

Avoid at all times. I purchase 2 x jackets over 2 months ago and still have not received the items. They said they were delivered to wrong address?????? Said they have re-sent them and I have no tracking information. No number to call or speak to anyone just short unprofessional emails saying sorry. Stay away they are a scam! I ordered a pack of 3 men’s vests (getting holiday prepped) and unlike other reviews actually received my order. However, they were barely a child’s size let alone a man’s size. I’m a pretty average build and appreciate sizes vary but they were like a kids crop top. Went to customer services who said it was all correct and offered me 3 dollars !!!

I will not even give them a star. They are a fraud. The product received does not align with the description in the advert. I will not buy from them ever.

Total scam. Ordered almost 2 months ago and after it was supposedly in the US it hasn’t moved in over 2 weeks according to the shippers tracking. Inquired multiple times with nothing but excuses basically telling me to be patient. After repeated emails they don’t respond. Filed a report with my account to recover the money.

I placed an order in December, paid premium express shipping, enquired as far as delivery, "delay after delay" to the point of me asking for the delivery agents details, not supplied, in the end, after much effort, I got my order. Not a great experience at all. The quality of what the ad displayed versus what was delivered fell severely short.

I have ordered Christmas decorations from them, $10 each. The way they were pictured, they looked like normal 3-dimensional X-mas tree decorations. They turned out to be just pictures printed on a piece of plastic. I wanted to return them, but they did not accept returns and suggested a $1 refund, then a $3 refund, which was pretty humiliating.

Scam. Package never arrived. It has been in Denmark for three weeks at a center that does not exist.

They are scammers. The shirt received was 100% polyester not 100% cotton as advertised. They do answer their support emails, but no luck getting my money back. Shirts went in the bin. Sizing was also way off.

Product kon niet geretourneerd worden. Was volgens hen goed afgeleverd. Kwaliteit was ver onder de maat, Made in China zo ongeveer, 100% polyester geen streng-christelijke zoals zij in de video deden voorkomen. Terugsturen accepteerden zij niet. Ik koop daar nooit meer iets.
