Poor quality - I have worn Massuer sandals since my 20's but the last pair are dreadful quality - the modules around the toe area broke off within a few months - will never buy again!

My first pair lasted about 9 months before the nodules at the heel disappeared, I thought it was maybe a one off so I bought a second pair, after around two months the second pair started losing the nodules around the heel area. They feel good when you are wearing them but I wouldn't buy a third pair. Very poor quality for the price I'm afraid.

I purchased some Maseur sandals that were initially great for my feet. However after a few months they started to crack on the strap over the toes. I contacted their customer service and exchanged my faulty sandals for some new ones. However after wearing the new ones indoors only for four months the nodules on the base of the sandal started to fall off, it has got to the stage now where there are gapping holes. I contacted customer service again, who told me that as it has now been longer than 6 months since my original purchase they would not replace them. This is not fair as they replaced one faulty pair, with another faulty pair. Even though these sandals were good for my feet I would never purchase another pair as the quality is poor and customer service unhelpful
