Mau has been a great company for me the site they put me on is amazing, the ladies in the office were amazing when it came to everything if you are looking for great employment go through Mau.

For context, I was working for Randstad (5 out of 5), and the company decided to change Temp services, which including transferring all existing Temps over to MAU.
I had to conduct their standard drug-screen, which is fine. As expected, I tested positive for Amphetamines due to my prescription for Adderall.
However, they told me that *they* can't verify my prescription, as they aren't "professionals," meaning I had to go retake my drug screen at their insured clinic and have it sent off to a lab to be verified, and wait for the lab to contact me regarding my prescriptions.
This took a FULL. WEEK. During which time, I was not allowed to come in to work, and DID NOT GET PAID. They cost me over $800 in pay, and after trying and failing, I will NOT be getting compensated AT ALL for my lost wages.
As a side note, throughout this whole ordeal they never answered their office phones and never returned my calls after leaving a voicemail, forcing me to go in person just to get any information (which wasn't much) about what was going on.

MAU is a great place to work they got me a job at Bosch and I love working there and learning new things is great thank you so much and I definitely will refer other people. And the people in the office are very nice when I went up there again thank you.

Douglasville Georgias customer service is very horrible. They don’t even return you calls. I was sent out to a job and didn’t get pay until 5pm. I will not recommend that branch.

This is the best job i’ve ever had thanks to MAU!

Apparently your first paycheck is by mail and no one bothers to let you know that. It’s payday, (Friday) and of course my check did not come in the mail. MAU had a whole month to get my direct deposit set up correctly. I depend on getting paid when I should get paid. Douglasville Georgias customer service is horrible. It seems returning emails and phone calls is not of importance. If you can go through a different staffing company, do so.

Honestly Am so happy coming in contact and getting my Job through Mau,it's was a peaceful transition getting this job and I Honestly love the job because I have peace and rest of mind here which is actually what matters in a Job,everyone minds there business here so long as u get going with your normal work routine.thank you Mau for this opportunity Am so grateful 🙏.

One thing about Mau I dislike is you’ll apply for a position and they’ll send you to job knowing they’ve put you in for a lower position and personnel will say nothing like your stupid. Bosch Mau employees don’t get paid till 5:00 on fridays. How does that make sense if there is a discrepancy you all won’t begin to fix it until Monday not caring what engagement you had

MAU has been a staffing company like no other. The process to get in was a fun way to find out how job seekers take on new challenges.

I've been working for MAU now for about a month and they've done a great job of taking care of my needs and always being there for me if I have any questions about my job.

Raul with MAU Douglasville does an exceptional job with our team. I worked in the largest textile warehouse in the state of Georgia for 15 years before I made the switch to MAU. There have been many great teams I have worked with in the past. But I've never seen a group as efficient and focused as the one I'm a part of now. It motivates me when everyone is happy and focused and the team from MAU Douglasville should be thanked for putting this crew together and taking care of us!

I love the assignment I was given. The orientation went very well. My only issue is the poor communication as far as schedules and being in the know. I am often unsure of what time I am to be to work. Because of this i just get there at 4am every morning to insure I am on time. The holidays are approaching and no one has said how the schedule will be for the weekend shift. Better communication is needed between associates and MAU. We work for you guys.
I do recommend MAU to other people who are in need of jobs and are reliable.

I like working for Mau Luke is the best he is always helpful in understanding. He goes above beyond for all his Mau employees.
