I had bo problems with my device sale. Would use again.

This was my second or third time using MAXBACK and as always they offer the most money for your device and receiving your check is fairly quick, around 14 days from notice of the check being issued. I will definitely use MAXBACK in the future.

It was very smooth, they were prompt for the results. But I have yet to receive the payment. The payment finally came, 19 days after I sent it in. S little longer than expected.

What a great opportunity to recycle and earn extra dollars. Your chat help went out of their way to help me process my sale. The whole experience was efficient and I got the full value from my sale in a very timely manner.

Terrible. Send them items that are near perfect condition and they always say it is in poor condition. They are ripping you off. Find a more honest organization.

The process of selling to Maxback was simple and their service excellent. I will sell to them again in the future.

While the price they offered me for my device was excellent, their service was not. For one thing they send out checks only one day a week (Friday). I got an email from them on a Friday saying they are mailing me money. However they did not mail out the check until the FOLLOWING Friday and even then it probably went out on a Monday. After two weeks I emailed customer service which is supposed to get back to you within 24 hours. That was 5 days ago and I still have not heard back from them so I called. They were very nice but told me the check went out one week after they emailed me and I should wait 14 business days even though the company is 500 miles from where I live. This is terrible service all around. UPDATE AS OF 21 JUNE: I got the check today in the mail. While I am happy this is almost 3 weeks after receiving an email stating the money was sent and no reply to my email. I've used Maxback before and the service was much better. Not sure what has happened here.

I got top dollar for my samsung galaxy phone. it was fast and convenient. I just printed off the prepaid label, packaged up the phone and charger and mailed it. A few days later I had my offer. As soon as I accepted it, the money went into my PayPal account. I would highly recommend this company!
