Very fast response great customer service. Worked with me to create a wonderful design for my medals. I highly recommend.

The service was fast and the price was reasonable.

Amazing detail! The patch was exactly as how I designed it. The glow in the dark features are top-notch too!

Took my design and crafted a beautiful patch

While the artistic proof design and consultation experience was excellent the finished product did not meet approved concepts and expectations. I suspect this is an issue with the fabricator but nonetheless I’m left with a product I’m not happy with.

5 stars! Jennie was a pleasure to do business with. She’s very responsive to email communication. I submitted a custom design to Max Emblem for 5 challenge coins & 5 lapel pins. Jennie made sure to keep me informed of the entire process from start to finish! I highly recommend using Max Emblem!

Just excellent all the way around. Would definitely order again. My patches came today and they are perfect. Thank you so much!

Great quality, customized experience.

The product was perfect. Exactly what I was expecting. I don't remember how long it took to ship once design and selection for my enamel pins were finalized. Very pleased with this company, their customer service and timely communication.

Pins were great, they matched my artwork perfectly.
Also the customer service was great at replying my emails in a timely manner.

Start to finish a great experience. Company was super responsive, reached out to point out that another product they offered would produce a better result, at a lower cost, and refunded the difference. The product came out great and I am highly satisfied with the entire experience.

It’s simple I asked they delivered. First sample product was delivered in a timely manner and received great feedback from the roundtable team. We are now making our decision to move forward and place a larger order of pins and perhaps patches.

I was hesitant to order Cooperstown pins from them because they're a fairly new company and some communications seem to be coming from China. But communications with Evan was good and we got our pins well ahead of time. I also received the status of the order and knew when delivery would be here. The pins also look great! My son is excited to do some pin trading. Will use them again in the future.

Well-made badges. Fast turnaround time. Responsive customer service.

The customer service is well. They're patient and kind. They've always made sure that my order was correct.
I'll do business again with you guys. Thanks

Excellent product and communications. The experience exceeded our expectations.

Excellent work. Fast turnaround time. Everything I was hoping for. Got pvc patches to go on hats for my crew. Design was exactly like the proof and exactly what I had envisioned. A+ overall
