Update 8th May . Have reduced the review to 1 star as it is now May and we have been promised over and over again that the truck had been serviced prior to pickup and that the paperwork was “on its way”. Finally a parcel arrived today that had the touchup paint, but STILL no service paperwork, despite us being told that it was all being sent out together. They have obviously not serviced the vehicle at all otherwise why has it been 2 months and still they cannot provide us with the record ? Feel like we have been lied to all along. Will be escalating this to the Sales Director as we have had no luck dealing with the salesman himself. (Oh and by the way, the truck broke down and we had to call the AA out to it 3 days ago so there is obviously some issue with it. Very unhappy customer…..

12 March review - Bit of a mixed experience to be honest. The salesman was knowledgable, personable and helpful, but we did have to chase him up for information during the sales process quite a bit. We did eventually get answers and we were pleased to eventually be able to pick up the vehicle as agreed. But there were some scratches and dints that we weren’t expecting (we were told it would be sent to the body-shop first) and to our surprise the service light was already on. We were told that a service HAD actually been done and that the paperwork would be forwarded on straight away, but it has now been 2 weeks since we collected it, and, despite chasing (with no response), there has been nothing. I suspect maybe the service hadn’t actually been done after all ? We were also promised a touch-pen for the unexpected scratches, but again that hasn’t arrived. So our experience is that they are great when you are buying, but the after-sales so far hasn’t been great. Hopefully it will get resolved. If so then I will update this review .

I got a brand new deliver lwb 9 2025 it's advertised saying you can get android auto no chance it doesn't support android auto I've tried everything and contract maxus deliver 9 2025 they say it's not so why are they selling the van with android auto it's a rip off big screen that's ut
I had a very frustrating experience with my recent purchase. Firstly, the truck bed length was wrong upon delivery, which caused a lot of inconvenience. On top of that, the Bluetooth system doesn’t work correctly, and I’ve had ongoing issues with it. What’s worse is the customer service — they’ve completely dropped the ball. I’ve sent emails about the issues, but they never responded. When they did address the problems, they didn’t fix them properly. Overall, the service and quality were not what I expected, and I’m extremely dissatisfied.
