After my first pair of MBT shoes, I liked them so much that over the next few months, I bought six more. I think I pretty much had all of their different styles. Then their disintegration began; one pair after another started to fall apart after being worn fewer than a dozen times over a span of a year.
Contacting them is absolutely useless; it accomplishes nothing. This is a fraud of a different type. They knowingly sell a highly defective product [the internet is now inundated with customer complaints, so they know it], but take no responsibility for their action. I won't be long before they close their doors, a 'milestone' they so richly deserve.

I use my new MBTs for gardening and washing the car now.
I started wearing MBt's over a decade ago - they provided instant relief for chronic foot and ankle pain.
Up to two years ago when something went wrong with both the sizing and design.
The shop guy said 'I don't know what the problem is, MBT's sizing has been all over the place recently'
Nothing changed in my feet! I had the same zie for 10 years.
2 pairs fitted and felt completely different - the outer soles were pretty much the same but something changed on the inner design with the arch support in a completely different place on each shoe.
I have gone over to Skechers who appear to have sorted out their designs pretty well and 2 years on I have no complaints about the three different shoe types I bout from them.
More sensible price, last better too and holding same shape.
No pain!

Last time,about 10-22, I have bought one pair of MBT shoes from them, just need 5 days reach to my hand.It's very fast,
In a word, thanks for their shoes and I will introduce to my friends and families. love it.
