the quality is suspect and they do not respond to emails for warranty on their products.

I’ve never had a phone charger actually seem like when plugged in drains your battery as opposed to adding charge. The only thing I find good about this charger is the fact it has a light that blinks on and off to let you know it’s charging, but I had my phone at 20% Plugged it in and half hour later the light was at green as if fully charged and only showed 23%, thank goodness I got this charger as a gift! I would not pay money for this!

I did like these originally. But at least one of my cables died and I take EXTREMELY good care of EVERYTHING I own. There's a 5 year replacement warranty so I have plenty of time left and receipt and have the original box they came in. Now,try contacting them!!
Warranty is no good if one cannot reach them in China!

I bought a Mcdodo 2m USB-C cable that twisted entirely. This condition dificults its use and I wrote to CS... but I got only this: McDodo Worldwide customerservice_AT_mcdodo.co wrote:

Ordered over a month ago still haven’t received my order and nobody will respond to my emails. Tried messaging them on Facebook messenger and no response there either.

I finally received a reply from Mcdodo on January 29 “ So sorry for the inconvenient, cuz we're on holiday from Jan 16th to Jan 28th.
Sorry for not helping you!”
The only problem here is that I placed my order December 11th and started trying to contact someone at Mcdodo to see why the tracking showed it had not shipped yet December 24th well before their holiday.

I order 2 cables from them at November…two months later never received them and no one is replied either on my mails nor the messenger…

What a waste of £17 , it charges for a few minutes then stops, I’ve contacted them about it but they’ve done nothing.

Cable, which cost a lot, stopped working after a few weeks. Rubbish. Avoid!

I bought two of these. Please be careful I went to plug the phone in today and the end piece was melted. Very lucky we never had a fire

Tragedia. Uchwyt samochodowy na telefon za 130zł dwukrotnie reklamowany, w obu pęknięcie w tym samym miejscu uniemożliwiające użytkowanie. Pierwsza reklamacja uznana, druga już nie. Pan stwierdził że uszkodzenie wynikające z prawidłowego użytkowania nie kwalifikuje się do reklamacji, pomijając już pretensjonalny ton wypowiedzi w trakcie rozmowy telefonicznej, dopiero interwencja Allegro pozwoliła odzyskać pieniądze. Radzę trzymać się jak najdalej od tego sklepu.

Une très mauvaise expérience chez Canadian Appliance, quand j'ai acheté Hotte de cuisine, je conseille à tous , faire attention , 90% les appareils sont défaut , Ou les retours d'autres magasins , les boîtes toujours ouvertes ,
Et plus , c'est que lorsque vous découvrez cela, et lorsque vous voulez le changer ou le retourner , vous tombez dans un cycle plus large, vous rédigez une demande et l'envoyez, et après 2 ou 3 jour le service a la clientele vous envoie Des questions de prendre le temps jusqu’à 3 ou 4 semaine , et à la fain Pas de retour, pas de changement pas de nombreuses .
Et la preuve , quand vous achètes quelque chose Le vendeur vous donne beaucoup des rabais (discount) pour vous convaincre d'acheter .

Ordered cables from them, and they sent me the wrong item. They insisted I send it back to them to a Canadian address. The postage was four times the price what I originally paid for. They said they would send a replacement but actually did not. Watch out for the these crooks who reply you back: Jean Michel and Alexandra, from their email address: customerservice at mcdodo.co.

I wish I would have did my homework (read reviews) before I purchased 4 of these worthless cords. Every review is true plus some! Save yourself time and money by going to you local dollar store. Purchase them there for the same quality. DO NOT PURCHASE

There’s a reason there’s no address or phone number on their site...they don’t want you to contact them. Customer service is SO POOR! I had ordered android cables for my phone in January 4 and still no news! Customer service has no response and we’re at the end of February!!! Completely useless. I went on their website to see my order and couldn’t even login from my phone. They changed the website (probably because they don’t want to be recognized) and you can’t click or go anywhere! This place is a scam. Avoid! Avoid ! avoid!

1 charger working it was very late but I mean what can ya do it’s not them who owns the mail system

I still haven’t received my order. It’s been two month ant $75 later. No one replies to my email.

I bought charging cables and a pair of their earbuds on January 1st,2021 here it is January 23rd and I still haven't received my items. After the first email to customer service I received a tracking number, but I think that was only to shut me up..... I've checked the tracking number daily since the 14th of this month, USPS still say's awaiting package. I've sent several emails as instructed on their site; NO RESPONSE! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!! Poor customer service, and reading other reviews looks like poor products as well!

Bought three cables having trusted the adverts, omg how STUPID was I, having now read the reviews I find myself in the same boat, the end on one has totally come away inside the device, and THEY DO NOT FAST CHARGE, I feel totally duped and conned, customer services, yeah right, what a con.
You've been warned, STEER CLEAR, STAY AWAY.
