The engineer came out quickly, diagnosed the boiler problem and effected a short term solution to enable us to have hot water until a new boiler could be arranged. Returned as agreed 3 days later and fitted a new boiler. They kept us informed when gas/water needed to be off. A new flue was required. Wall was made good inside and out where old flue was. Engineers kept to time, were pleasant and left everywhere clean and tidy, removing all waste when they had finished the job.
