Visited Sunday 3rd August. Staff at cashier counter rude and abrupt. Won’t be purchasing here again.

I had a broken item in my order, & contacted Audrey in Customer Service.
She was excellent, friendly efficient & resolved the issue immediately

I would buy online from Meadows and Byrne until I found out they have shops in Cork and checked right away since I was visiting one weekend, the shop was huge and has more selections than online. I bought two pieces of furniture from Meadows and Byrne on two separate occasions and bought came in good condition. One furniture was delivered a day earlier but that's no issue. Some of my Christmas plates are from them as well. Their selections are really classy and if you're into contemporary style, then this is your store.

Try buy Arthur Walnut Sofa Table in meadows and byrne Dun Laoghaire. Last item in shop with small damages. No delivery or click@collect from Wexford same shop.

The staff at the fair tree meadows and Byrne are abrupt and rude . I won’t be buying from them going forward

Ordered new outdoor chairs to complete my backyard renovation project. They looked great on the website photos but felt a bit cheap in reality. Getting through their customer service is a pain.

Love this store so much. Fantastic Christmas sale. Got stunning ceramic candle sticks. Staff are always lovely. Nice to stop for cake and coffee too.

Damaged goods, arrived in different shipments, and now struggling to get in touch with customer service to get replacement or refund. Have emailed multiple times and the phone just rings out. Not a positive experience.

I called to purchase a large quantity of wine glasses last week at Northern Cross. One product that I sought was 24 glass tumblers , but there were not enough in stock so the helpful assistant advised that stock would be delivered later this week and I would be contacted to be able to purchase later this week

However when I went to purchase four boxes of wine glasses that were marked at Sale Price €29.95... I was advised that this price was not correct and that the correct price was €34.95. I purchased them at the higher price. While I know that they were not obliged to honour the lower price if it is a genuine error I brought it to the attention of the management the following day as it was slightly embarrassing to have to make a decision for the higher price. However the managers' handling of the 'complaint' by a very speedy email response and follow up phone call was appreciated. And they also came through on their promised call when the stock became available. So all in all a problem handled very well

It used to be my favorite shop. but the quality has not increased, service has not improved, although prices went up the roof...

Amazing quality in items, some quirky things there from house hold appliances, to home comforts. Exceptional customer service and very friendly staff. It give me great retail therapy in the store.

Gillian in malahide was amazing to deal with. I have bought furniture from M&B for years and I love the look, longevity and quality of their furniture. Their pieces last. Gillian in malahide is very kind and a pleasure to deal with. She held on to my furniture delivery and was incredibly helpful giving me advice about getting a cohesive look for my sitting room. Went to Naas branch to check out the new year sale and left my reading glasses.. ..phoned from home describing in detail the last thing I looked and confirmed they knew what and where it was and was told they would look and phone me back . . No call back so I phoned and was told they didn't find them.
I called in next day. Met who I assume were the ones I phoned and was told they had looked and couldn't find my glasses .I asked if it was ok for me to have a look which of course it was .
I walked to the one and only place I had described, ( including the item description etc etc and even suggesting that I might have left them on a nearby ledge beside the item ) .Lo and behold immediately I got to the item I saw the reading glasses in the exact place I had thought I might have left them. . I let out a louder than necessary " ohhh so what's this. ..ohhh it's my reading glasses" ...😋. ..they came and I showed them the glasses , picked them up to the sound of the two staff saying.... ohh that's ok then you found them but without any word on whether they had looked there ( the only place where they could be , given my description and their vouchsafing that they were aware of what I was describing )

Conclusion. .....Either they couldn't be bothered to look where I described in detail ( and they assured me they knew and would look and let me know ) ... ....Or they need eyeglasses more than I do ,🥴

Bought an item online, it arrived with some damage but they were great in being able to replace it. Good place to shop!
