No coordination
There was no coordination and flexibility with delivery. By the time there was availability for signature the cooling mechanisms were no longer in effect, thus affected the products ordered.

Our standard shipping timeframe is 7–10 business days, and we do our best to ensure temperature-sensitive items arrive in ideal condition, including coordinating deliveries that require a signature whenever possible.
We also noticed that this order was placed over six months ago. The products/meds are at a great price and the customer service is excellent. They are on top of making sure your order arrives and that you are pleased. The only issue I had was the cool packs arriving with some medicines aren’t as cold as they should be. Customer helped to resolve problem quickly.

My order was changed to another country…
My order was changed to another country as a supplier. When I received the box today, all the cool packs were liquid. I am afraid the Botox will be damaged by the heat from transport.

Edit:
The staff over at MedicaDepot have been great in rectifying this issue which they explained was a technical issue with a staff member that was no longer employed at the organisation. I’ve accordingly changed my rating of them.

Medical Depot is great but Fedex not so much.
Medical Depot is great. Fedex delivery SUCKS! They left the box outside of my front gate where any passersby can steal the package worth hundreds of dollars. Would it be too much to specify in my delivery instructions to put it on the OTHER side of the gate where it is hidden from view? Just toss it over the gate for heaven’s sake. It is ok, the bottle of Botox encased in inches of foam will not break.
