Thank you Dr Teerapat ,Dani and Medi Makeovers Team. I am 12 days post op for arm lift, breast lift ( no implants) and tummy tuck. The experience has been fantastic. From excellent communication pre arrival, the airport to hotel pick up service and then to the clinic for the surgery. Well cared for while I was convalescing at the clinic with a 24/7 nurse. Minimum pain. Meticulous dressing changes and suture removal post surgery. Dr T has a lovely manner and I never felt rushed when I had questions for him. Thanks Dani for checking in on me regularly via WhatsApp. Was also lovely to meet other MM patients at the hotel and "share stories". Lovely hotel and great shopping mall attached.

I was initially interested in using MediMakeOvers for my procedure, but my experience during the Zoom consultation completely changed my mind.

During the call, Teerapat was dismissive and came across as quite rude, which immediately made me feel uncomfortable. Unfortunately, Daniela’s attitude was even worse—she was unprofessional and disrespectful throughout the conversation.

For a service that is supposed to guide people through something as personal and important as surgery, I expected much more respect, empathy, and professionalism. Instead, I felt like just another payment to be processed quickly.

This interaction made it very clear to me that client care is not a priority for this company. I’ve since heard similar feedback from others, and I’m glad I decided not to move forward.

I would strongly recommend anyone considering MediMakeOvers to do thorough research and trust your gut during the first interactions—they say a lot.

I'm on the final day of a most amazing experience with Medi Makeovers in Bangkok. From the first phone call with Dani, through the entire process, everything felt seamless and ultra professional.

I was picked up at Bangkok airport by private driver and escorted directly to the Grande Centrepoint Hotel, simply stunning and luxurious. After an overnight stay, a driver met me in the lobby, and transferred me to the Hospital for surgery and 4 night stay. The hospital was ridiculously clean, the staff were so attentive and caring, and the equipment, facilities and journey through admission, surgery and recovery were exceptional.

Back to the Hotel, which is connected directly into Terminal 21 Shopping Centre through double doors in the foyer, for rest and recovery.

I can't praise the professionalism of everyone I met highly enough. Dani, Medi Makeovers, my surgeon - thank you so much for making a scary and difficult decision into an absolute first class experience. The words above and beyond spring to mind. Would I recommend Medi Makeovers to everyone? 100% I would.

I travelled to Turkey for a 360 Tummy tuck and Breast Augmentation including breast lift and implants. After doing heaps of research I came across Medi Makeovers. I was hesitant as anyone would be but I spoke with Dani the Australian liaison here who organises things from this end and meet Ayca and Dr Keskin via video call. They were all were very lovely and answered all my questions and I was confident going to Turkey for my surgeries. Upon arrival I was picked up from the airport via a private van and taken to my hotel. Ayca arrived at the hotel and she was very friendly and welcoming. The hotel staff was very kind and understood proper English even though I speak Turkish. I waited until now to post my review to see how my recovery would be. I’m 15 weeks post surgery and although I did have complications Dr Keskin was amazing. He came to my hotel room on his day off and treated me. Ayca and her team picked me up from my hotel every check up, drove me to Dr Keskin and back again. The service was 5 stars and above here in Australia. We don’t even get that kind of service here paying our taxes. My scarring is amazing. It’s so thin, low and hidden under my underwear. Scarring slowly been faded with the care products recommend by them. I started Lympatic massage here when I got back and that has been helping with the healing process as well. Any questions I have both Ayca liaising with Dr Keskin and Dani respond quickly and I don’t feel like a burden to them. I highly recommend Medi Make overs and the Turkey team.

Medi makeovers provides excellent service. Pre, during and post there has been great communication. I like the post follow ups and that the doctor provides a 12 month warranty. Also a zoom chat with the surgeon is provided before any commitment is made.

The accomodation is also lovely. I highly recommend!

I arrived home yesterday from my trip to Thailand for my tummy tuck and breast lift.

Medi makeovers have been fantastic from my first point of contact with Dani. Dani has made me feel so at ease explaining everything to me in detail.

I was feeling nervous traveling on my own for my surgery but when Dani told me so many travel on their own and I would meet people there who are also in the same situation, I felt better about going alone. I have met so many wonderful people on my stay and had many laughs over wonderful meals.

From the time I arrived at the clinic for my surgery I was taken care of by the wonderful staff. Dr Teerapat was amazing and so talented. He explained exactly what he was going to do and he certainly delivered a fantastic result. I had regular check ups and dressing changes while I was there for my 2 weeks recovering.

The hotel was amazing and the breakfast had such a variety of foods. It was connected to the massive Terminal 21 shopping mall with so many shops and fantastic places to pamper yourself while you recover.

After nearly 15 years, I needed my breast implants removed due to pain,I needed a Capsulectomy and definitely a lift as I was an G cup and Dani and Dr. Teerapat quickly found me a surgery spot. This was my 2nd trip over to Thailand with Medi Makeovers and with Dr Teerapat as my surgeon. I treated myself to a Valentine’s Day surgeries. As I had been over before I was somewhat aware of what I was in for.
I was in contact with Dani and the conversation started from with what surgeries I wanted, to then speaking with Dr Teerapat including what surgery his recommendation were and then what recovery would be like. The only way I would describe it was I felt like I had someone holding my hand with a friendly smile and the reassurance when needed.
Even post op while still in the hotel recovering communication has been excellent. From checking in on me, my appointment times, even asking for a dentist appointment for my husband at the last minute and it was arranged. Just knowing they are only a simple message or phone call away.
Even if you travel by yourself you feel as though you are never alone in the whole process…

In November 2024, I traveled to Bangkok with Medi Makeovers to undergo dental treatment. My stay was at the luxurious Grand Central Terminal 21, a 5-star hotel conveniently located within walking distance of the dental clinic via the sky bridge.

As someone who typically feels anxious about dental visits, I was impressed by the outstanding support from the Medi Makeovers team and the exceptional care provided by the dentist and their staff. Despite having very sensitive teeth, I experienced no discomfort during the procedures, which was a huge relief.

During my initial consultation, the dentist thoroughly explained all available options, and I chose to proceed with veneers. Over the next few days, I attended the clinic for a professional clean and scale, followed by the in-house creation and application of my veneers. The most challenging part was selecting the perfect shade of white! The results are incredible—I can’t stop smiling.

A heartfelt thank you to Medi Makeovers for their guidance and for introducing me to such an exceptional dental team in Bangkok. I also had the opportunity to meet Dr. T, a renowned reconstructive plastic surgeon, during my trip. With direct flights from Brisbane to Bangkok now available for just $165, I am planning to return in the new year to explore a potential procedure to help me age gracefully.

I had my sleeve gastrectomy in Bangkok in October 2024, it was an absolutely amazing experience and using Medi Makeover made everything so much easier. I travelled with my travel buddy who was included in the price (amazing in itself). On arrival in Thailand we were chauffeured to the hotel on arrival as we had a dental appointment prior to my surgery (also organised through Medi Makeover) - the dentist was amazing everything was explained and then dental work and dental plan were all explained. We were transferred to the hospital in preparation for my surgery, we meet an amazing team of nurses and my amazing surgeon. I experienced zero pain – no gas pain at all!. After a short hospital stay, we were driven back to the hotel where we could shop and sit at Terminal 21 (the Hotel is attached to the shopping centre so air conditioning all the time) I can't recommend this experience enough. This is the best decision I've ever made for me and my family.

Having previously travelled with 2 other companies for surgery I can hands down recommend the team at Medi Makeovers. Every single thing was taken care of from first Enquiry to now I’m home. Nothing has ever been too much and I have always felt supported where needed. Istanbul was a beautiful place to travel and the accommodations and hospitals and team on the ground there were nothing short of fabulous!

I contacted Dani to enquire about having a gastric sleeve in Bangkok, Thailand. At first the doctor refused my surgery because or other surgery complications. But with persistence and more questions and tests, the surgery was approved. I had a Zoom call with the surgeon and Dani, and all my questions were answered. Surgery date booked, medical travel insurance paid for, flights booked and away we went. My Mum was my support person, and she was allowed to stay with me in the hospital room for the four nights. Back at the beautiful 5 star Grand Centre Point Hotel at Terminal 21, which is attached to a 8 level shopping centre, we lived in luxury. I had to say 3 weeks in Bangkok due to previous surgery complications, and that was a great time to fully recover. We also stayed at the Sacha’s Hotel Uno which is only a few doors up from The Grand. This was very nice and comfortable hotel. A big thank you to Dani for organising this hotel with very short notice. At the Sikarin Hospital I could not ask for better treatment. I had an English/Thai translator with me at all times for my appointments. When I was in hospital, I had a Filipino nurse who was amazing. She was caring, compassionate, friendly and genuine. All the hospital staff from nurses, doctors, catering and cleaning were wonderful. Thank you again to Dani and Julie Ann for all your support and information on places to visit and shop. If you want an affordable option with a little holiday from a very reputable company, then I suggest you contact Dani & Julie Ann from Medi Makeovers. You won’t regret it.

I had my sleeve gastrectomy in Turkey 27 days ago, and it was an absolutely amazing experience. From the moment I stepped out of Istanbul airport, I was treated like royalty. I was chauffeured to my hotel and then to all my appointments, meeting the incredible team of nurses and my surgeon along the way. Remarkably, I experienced zero pain – none at all. After three days in a private hospital room, I was driven back to my hotel where I enjoyed lounging by the pool in the shade. The seamless care continued until I was driven back to the airport for my journey home. I can't recommend this experience enough. I have a Zoom call this week with my dietician and surgeon to check on my recovery, and I genuinely believe this surgery is the best decision I've ever made for my health.
