Products are good when they finally get here? Took 2 weeks for a small parcel to arrive. Terrible shipping! Avoid if your in a hurry or need express

I ordered a simple, standard item — a box of 100 23g hypodermic needles — on Saturday, March 22nd, expecting it to be dispatched within a reasonable timeframe. Instead, it took 5 full business days (or 40 business hours) for my order to even leave their warehouse — finally getting dispatched on Friday, March 28th. By that point, the week was already over, and the delivery is now expected next Monday or Tuesday, which completely defeats the purpose of ordering when I needed it urgently this week.

I tried reaching out to support multiple times, but had to go through 3–5 frustrating attempts because the service reps I got connected to were either AFK or just unresponsive. When I finally got someone, I clearly explained the urgency of the order on Tuesday 25/03 — but nothing was done to expedite it.

This experience has been nothing short of awful. Their dispatch times are painfully slow, their customer support is unreliable, and their sense of urgency is non-existent. I would not recommend Medshop to anyone who needs medical items delivered in a timely fashion. If time matters to you, look elsewhere.

Order was misdelivered and was told to chase it up myself. I have never encountered this from a vendor before, ridiculous, won't be back.

bought a dermatoscope from them and was asked if I wanted a silicone cover. bought the cover but was sent an incorrect one. it doesnt fit at all. I contacted them to return it but it took me few days to get their approval. on top of it, I had to pay for the returns (for something that is not my mistake) and they said It might not be approved anyway. waste of time. especially for us who are working full time.

Horrible company. After ordering a large bulk order - no follow up shipping email ever came. 1 week later - I scheduled a phone call (ridiculous customer service system), where the lady couldn't even find my purchase order number, or my email or anything to do with my order (which I have on file being confirmed by them). She informed me that they're apparently in the process of relocating / change of managers so she said "the place is in shambles". DO NOT ORDER from them. After all of this I cancelled this order, and it STILL proceeded to turn up to my doorstep. So now I have to organize a return to sender. DODGY vibes, extremely hard to contact. It is worth going elsewhere for products.

This is a scam company. Avoid buying anything from them. Took my money but no products. They quote 1-3 business days for a paid delivery but no sign of my products two weeks down the line. They don’t have a phone number to contact. There is call back option which books in two weeks time! They just want your money. I will start claiming this back through my bank.

Am still waiting for my items to be dispatch after 3 days of placement product communication does not seem to be correct

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!!!! I’ve been waiting 2 months for my scrubs. You cannot call them, their “schedule a callback” feature is saying they can’t call back for days, email is snail paced to reply. They rarely have stock, everything is on “back order”. If by any chance they do send your order, you don’t receive any notification that it’s ready for collection from the post office, so your order is returned, this happened with my order last year. No tracking number is given, no updates given, zero communication. Be warned!!

A regular customer of Medshop and find their service has been consistently good and better than competitors.
The one time there was an order issue I managed to serve resolve via their order management system which is so much better than having to deal with customer support options.

I ordered four Heartstart defib pads nearly three months ago. A week ago, i tried the phone contact number on the web. When i called a recording advises that the number had been disconnected. Not helpful. A week ago, I then sent a complaint email to the email contact link on Medshop website. I still await a reply to that. Today i got an email stating that the product that i was waiting on is now in stock with an invitation to place an order. Still waiting for my delivery after getting a delivery ETA mid December. I will never order from Medshop again. At start of January I cancelled my order via my bank.

Terrible quality products. Breaking consumer law on returns.

I had an urgent order to put in and used medshop for the first time. I paid for express post as I needed it quickly.
Four days later I contacted medshop as tracking with auspost said “waiting to be processed”.
I was advised to wait 5 days until lodging a missing parcel.
I lodged with auspost and they launched an investigation. I advised medshop and was told there was nothing they could do.
I was advised by australia post that it was incorrectly addressed and would be returned to the sender.
I contacted medshop and advised them and asked for them to send another one as I needed it. Their response was that they will not send until the product is returned to them. Aus post said this could take up to 5 business days.
Medshop has no phone number to contact and I have now asked three times for someone to call me, I get told they will and no call!
I am now 11 days after ordering (and paying!) for express post. The parcel didn’t arrive due to their mistake. My correct address was in my profile, my shipping information and I have advised once through the manage order communications and once through email.
I have never experienced such bad customer service and complete disregard for a customer from a company before.
I will need many more supplies in the future but I will never use this company again.

Chose to purchase here as it was a NZ Site. Turns out it’s not. All products come from Australia & when they don’t fit they expect you to fork out return postage back to Australia, which costs as much as the product I purchased. Poor customer service.

I have ordered from Medshop 3 times now, yes you do eventually get your items but company seems to have progressively gotten worse over years. I followed up an order after 3 weeks of no communication and it was very clear to me it had been forgotten about.. now some items were no longer stocked. Wouldn’t shop here again

If you order from the Medshop New Zealand store your order is placed with Medshop Australia. My order took a full month to arrive. It was close to 3 weeks before the order was dispatched. Pay a few dollars more and get your equipment from a reliable local supplier who has stock and is not taking advantage of a redirected Kiwi web address

We tried to purchase Lab coats and associated PPE from New Zealand. We made the assumption Medshop was an NZ company. Waited over one month and still our products was sitting on awaiting to be stocked. Complained and was told to wait more time. Eventually I cancelled my order and was told refund would be 15 business days. As of yet, have not seen my refund, and I spent $300 plus. DO NOT TRUST OR USE THIS BUSINESS. THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS
