Wish I had seen these reviews before I paid them.

Bunch of cowboys.

Rang them 30 mins before arrival, they turned up after an hour leaving us stressed and hurrying to make our flight.

Same on return, they took ages and didn’t even move the car for an hour despite me ringing them a few times “where are you with my car?”

Dashcam unplugged, one reason only, to hide where it was parked.
Wheels full of mud, been across a ploughed field.

Front tyre punctured.

Operator hung up on me when I rang very annoyed.

Do not use, I will be contacting Man airport recommending they are taken off the web site recommendation.

My radio cd was player was dead when I picked car up like someone had been messing with it would not turn on I never had any problems with it before

What a brilliant system and service.

Having never used this facility before, we drove into the clearly marked MEETANDGREET entrance and we’re guided to a queue. The man greeted us with a. Good morning and was very helpful and chatty. We locked the car and then made our way, with our cases, to the reception area and another very helpful member of staff helped us check in and handover the car key. He explained how and where we collect our car on our return. So quick and simple. And very reasonably charged.

I asked for the wheel lock to be secured to the steering wheel and easy access on our return as Mum is disabled.

On our return we took the ticket we had been given on arrival and this was scanned in the area near reception. You are given a code for a box and inside is your car key. You can see which coloured zone your car has been parked and off you go!

Would highly recommend anyone who wants and needs an easy way to park without any anxiety or hassle. Navigating the airport can be stressful enough. My Mum is registered disabled so the car was left in the pink zone, ground floor, which was so easy to access.

Firstly they say one of our professional drivers will meet you there. A scruffy looking bloke who phoned me three times when I told him I was five minutes away pointed where to park then demanded cash only for the car park and expected to keep the change. When I came to collect my car I was told 35 to 45 minutes and the driver would be there. 90 minutes later he turned up after claiming he phoned me twice. I asked him to show me on his phone but he refused. The car was filthy. Covered in mud. But most worryingly they had unplugged the dash cam!!!! Why would any company do this if they had nothing to hide. Absolute disgrace of a ‘professional’ company

After receiving a call from them asking us to arrive a little earlier on drop off and T2 Manchester which we did, they then said we would have to wait - they then didn’t take the £6:20 exit fee as stated in the confirmation e mail and we returned home on 5th October to a £100 fine because they had exceeded the 15 min wait time, we have appealed the fine and made a complaint but reading the reviews we have wasted our time…
DO NOT USE THEM EVER!!

Car covered in mud on return !! Heating and sound system all turned to maximum ¡! Not a good experience at all !!

EDIT: Just discovered that the SD card in my dash cam between the dates of parking has been wiped, so no evidence of moving or returning the car.

I found Meet and Greet at Terminal 2 difficult to find and the signage is almost non-existent, and drove through Drop Off and Pick Up by accident. I mentioned what I had done to the attendant at Meet and Greet. He told me it would be ok as the system had been updated to recognise numberplate of cars who had paid for parking and any penalties would be automatically cancelled. I now have a £60 fine. I returned from holiday to find the cables for my dash cam ripped out and part of the casing broken and lying on the dashboard, along with scratches on the passenger door. I reported at the time and am awaiting the outcome. If you find any damage after you have left the airport, your complaint will be instantly dismissed, so check your car before you leave, and don't drive through Pick-Up/Drop-off accidentally.

We called to say we'd arrived back in the arrivals area with our luggage - just like it says to do on the card they provided. I was then told I'll need to wait up to an hour because of traffic. When I asked if I could make my own way to my own vehicle and collect it, they said no. I tried to challenge this poor service and the persons attitude and he hung up on me. Disgusting customer service!! Will never use again!

We also booked this company in error in August ,as they pass themselves off as meet and greet and we thought it was the official meet and greet.
Decided at that time we would give them a go and see how it went.
We were travelling to USA on the 26th August and on the way to the airport I opened a text message from them to say they had cancelled our booking. As we had been busy getting out of the house I had not been using my phone so it was only by chance that I saw this text.
Initially I even thought it was a scam as I couldn’t believe it so i phoned the number of the company to be told that yes they had cancelled as they had no driver to meet and greet”
You can imagine our stress driving to airport to go to USA and no parking.We are in our 79’s.
We pulled off the Road and I managed to sort out parking at APH at considerable last minute expense but we know from experience they are very professional and reliable.
Our text from this company said we would get a full refund and the conversation with the employee also said we would get the refund.
After 10 days no refund had appeared and I texted to ask why not and was told I would have to email and request a refund from the company.
At present despite a number of emails and what’s app requests no refund have been received and we are about to take court action as this company should not be advertising or running a business.

Wow this company call themselves meet and greet Manchester Airport. I realised I had booked in error when it said you have to pay for them to park your car and exit the airport ( genuine meet & greet is located in the multi story within the airport). I called them immediately and they told me to email for a refund only to be told I will be charged £15 cancellation fee. I had literally just booked! Now I have to wait 14 working days for my refund minus cancellation charge. Don’t use this company

These people as “passing themselves off” as their name is the same as the official Meet & Greet. I booked with them accidentally a couple of days ago. Then when I received details from them I realised my mistake. I immediately cancelled but they have taken the money off my credit card. They have said they will refund I wonder? I intend to contact trading standards “passing off” is an offence. When I checked out their web site they can’t even spell Manchester correctly

Made a error in booking,instead of T2 booked T1.When I arrived at T2 car park I was made aware of this,instead of telling me to go to T1 they helped and got me a space at T2 meet and greet.A big thank you to "Manager Tom" and staff who were all aware and helpful.

Returned at 1am and found a scratch on the from passenger door handle with remnants of T-Cut where Meet & Greet staff clearly tried (but failed) to remove the damage. There was no M & G staff to report this to so I did so when I returned home. I was advised that their terms and conditions state all damage must be reported before leaving the car park which was clearly not possible on the occasion. This is unreasonable under the Unfair Contract Terms Act and I am in the process of suing Manchester Airport as I have received no response. Appalling and I will certainly not use this car park again!

came back to our car and had a flat tyre as the garage suspect it had been kerbed in the car park as red paint was on it too. The car next to us had exactly same issue! At 3am return its not what you want or at any time

Picked our car up no issues until 5 minutes down the road we heard a loud bang ! Turns out our spring had snapped . Car in perfectly working order when we left ??? Needed £300 of work on it to replace coil and spring . It wasn’t an old car either .

Never again. Car came back with damage to the paintwork, met with silence when raised a complaint and when they finally responded after several chasers tried to put the blame on us damaging our own car. WOULD NOT USE AGAIN EVER!!!

the car was parked unlocked for 2 weeks with an interior light on, on return form holiday the battery was dead flat. Manchester airport flatly denied it had been left unlocked (which it definitely was as the car was open and the wing mirrors out - they retract when locked). Airport weren't interested, AA were called car 2 hours later car was eventually started , car stopped on way home due to low battery, had to wait 8 hours for AA, I had to buy and fit a new battery cost £200. Thanks a bunch Manchester airport - DO NOT USE!

We went to Italy. I have a new car. My app told me that my car was insecure and unlocked. I had to secure my car from Italy. This is unacceptable. I complained and received no response.
Shocking.

I provided all my flight details, however, when I made the booking I chose am instead of pm. Had they checked the flight details provided they would have seen this error. When I asked them to bring my car they would only do so if I paid an additional £15, despite my car not having been brought at the am slot (as I didn’t call them as instructed).
Due to me having to prove payment before they would bring my car I was waiting with a child at nearly 11pm at night in Manchester airport car park. When the car arrived it had not been parked undercover as advertised as it was filthy, the driver told me it was rain marks! I was pressured to sign without being allowed to check the car, which I ignored. I would avoid this company at all costs!

Manchester T2 Meet & Greet
Arrived back at Manchester after a week’s holiday to find Driving glasses missing from my vehicle, Tried calling and emailing them, they didn’t respond. When I eventually managed to speak to one of their ‘Team Managers’ I was told that I would have to report the theft from my vehicle (whilst it was in their care) to the Police and then they would cooperate with the Police. This is outrageous and will not be using their service again. I’ve looked at other reviews after my return and theft from vehicles seems to be a ln issue, that they refuse to deal with.
