Decided to use Manchester meet and greet having been so happy with our local airport at Newcastle. How wrong was I. Well Manchester if you want to know how it’s done, get in touch with the professionals at Newcastle. Advised how to use the automated service by a human who our keys were passed to on leaving and our car left in a queue outside waiting to be parked. When we returned from our holiday at 2am we were directed to the meet and greet key shed where keys were held, flashed our barcode issued when the car was dropped off and the key was released. Attached to our key was a paper fob indicating which colour zone our car could be found…….wrong! Fob stated green zone A, after searching at this unearthly hour and 5 degrees we finally found our car in Red zone G. We took a picture of our dashboard mileage before leaving and on return found it had done 6 miles even tho it was located about fifty metres from where we left it. This is Dilapidated building and they charge you for mini bus for £6 and also when you return from airport they do not have any vehicle to take you back and you have pay to much money for taxi to come back and they are lier and never give you money back.never get carpark from this people..do no trust them.

Having used this service on two previous occasions, I was happy to book again. Photos were taken of my car on arrival, to record its condition, including any existing damage; which there was none.
On collecting my car on returning from holiday, there was clear damage to the rear near side bumper and light. I took photographs of this immediately in the car park, as proof and looked for a member of staff, but none were available. I returned home and reported the damage the following day; only to be told that Manchester airport are not willing to investigate or discuss a resolution and I have to pass to my insurance. Further emails have been ignored. Terrible service following damage to my vehicle that was left in their care.

Easy drop off, quick and simple key drop, with helpful staff. Upon return after a two hour delay from Cyprus, arriving back early morning, my key wasn't in the box, and advised to go to the reception. As soon as I arrived the manager came straight out and explained my car was still in the multi storey storage as it wouldn't start. He took me straight over with a power pack to try to get the battery going. As it's a hybrid car it is charged differently as the batteries are not like a petrol car, but he was very knowledgeable, and after a while there was enough charge in the battery to get my car started. I was led out of the storage area back to the meet and greet reception to pick up my passengers and luggage. I didn't get the manager's name, but he was such a great help, and I would like to say thank you, for his patience, expertise and lovely manner in dealing with the situation.

My daughter can back from a holiday after 2 weeks and her car absolutely trashed ! Broken clutch , brakes so over heated then welded together and two bald tyres , it was taken to recovery and she spent over £1000 at a garage to have repairs done . This was over two weeks ago , meet and greet complaints asked for receipts of work done and sent apology of stress caused but not acknowledged the damage and so far have not refunded . I have lent my daughter money too , to help . Like everyone else we have bills to pay and food to put on the table . There is no contact number to speak to anyone. One would have thought this is an offence that should be put to police . Absolutely disgusting behaviour and the more I’m hearing it’s not uncommon. Can anyone help ? We have a case number and reference number

I do not recommend this parking lot, I recently picked up the car and it is scratched. The damage to the car is more than £3000, the case is pending but my car is destroyed. Do not use their services because it will be the same with your car. It's hard to get along with the company with repairs. There is no contact with them and the car is devastated!

Do not use this place. My friend had a booking for 10am she waiting there for over half an hour but no one showed, she called and called but no answer. SCAMMERS!!! Paid £95 for nothing so not use!!

Parked my car at T1 Manchester airport official meet and greet on 08/08/2023. Took a photo of my dash to confirm my mileage. Once I arrived at my holiday destination I checked my tracking device and the car was safely parked up in a local airport parking garage/space. Happy man 😁 I checked again while on holiday…same parking space 😁 and again before departure from Alicante….now parked at T1 M&G 😁
When I returned on 15/08/2023 I found my car parked in a bay ready for me. I checked the mileage against the picture I had took and it had done almost 3 miles. This may well be legitimate mileage to the car park and back but shows on the tracker it being only a short distance from T1 M&G

I started the car and straight away the dashboard lit up with warnings about the auto transmission being faulty. My first thought was the battery may have drained while parked up. I drove out the car park and around the airport roads a while as the gear changes were slow. Finally happy it was changing up and down gears, albeit taking longer than usual, I joined the M56 heading for home. The highest gear it would reach was 4th out of 6, so I drove home at 50mph @ 3000 revs.
Once home I removed the dash cam from the car. This morning I put the SD card in my PC only to find the only footage on the card was my journey home….it had been wiped/formatted before I arrived back at Manchester 😡

God knows what the bill to repair the car will be. I would not use the airport meet and greet again and suggest you don’t either if you care for your car.

How this company has not been shut down is beyond me. I eventually got my car back after 2 hours of phoning, when they knew I was waiting with 2 young kids. When I got it back it was covered in mud inside and out and the driver had the cheek to say it was because he’d driven through road works. How he thinks that explains mud inside the car is beyond me. That’s not even the worst but. When I got my car back they had smashed the suspension. I’ve since had the shock absorber, rod ends and springs replaced and it’s still not completely back to normal. Obviously I called about this and they hung up. If I wasn’t so busy I’d have taken them to court. Scum bags. I only hope you read this before you book and not after. I really don’t know how people like this can sleep at night knowing they cause so much stress and cost for people.

Awful place DO NOT BOOK this cheaper initially but costs more with taxis to and from airport.
This place should be closed down.
You could do film location shoot here for war films it reassembles the Somme.
An what’s with the caged dogs.
An the oil drum fire.
Stay clear of this cowboy outfit.

Where to begin.......I cannot stress enough...DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE OF BOOKING THIS SO CALLED AIRPORT PARKING !
It is a muddy swamp of what looks like a scrap yard. The office is an extremely tatty old caravan, where your keys are just thrown into. So it's pot luck if they can find them when you arrive back. There is no meet and greet. They will come up with some story about how their mini bus is broken. So you'll end up paying for taxis there and back anyway (we were out of pocket a further £40)
They will promise they're coming to pick you up from the airport... and they'll be very convincing... but they won't turn up.
Your car will be driven through a mud bath and parked with its bonnet stuck in bushes. You will then be jammed in by other cars, so even if they do find your keys, they won't be able to find the keys from the other car.
You will be waiting around for hours whilst all this goes on ! And chances are, like us there will be police presence trying to keep the peace for very unhappy customers.
We learnt the hard way !

Came home to a nice chip on my new cars front arch. Photo evidence of my car on entering the car park revealed no such chip however after the 'investigation' I was informed:

"This damage that you have reported is not conducive to our operational practice and was not due to negligence while the driver manoeuvred your vehicle.

May I draw you attention to the latter part of the relevant section of the Terms & Conditions that you agreed to when making your booking:** 8.2  We accept no liability for loss or damage, including any damage to your vehicles paintwork (including where caused by a third-party) unless proved to be caused by our negligence.**"

While I was waiting 20 minutes for a manager, another family began driving off in their car only to realise it was pulling right and the car had developed a suspension issue.

Suffice to say I will never use these cowboys again.

Turned up to a field of mud all in our new Holiday Trainers.They may look the cheapest but beware there's an extra of £12 for the taxi there and back, I paid by Gpay (make sure u screenshot as they'll try to charge u on the way back).

On return phoned twice only be told to walk up to T3 Pick up not outside T3 when u walk out,this is a trek with 5 Cases between 3 of you. Stood there at 3am freezing cold waiting for pick up for 45mins in Shorts n Tshirts. Supposed to txt u the taxi reg that's picking you up,this didn't happen so you end up asking every Taxi that pulls in are they for you. Get there in the end to the mud puddled field with no lights to get a Car covered in Mud inside and out. Something that doesn't make sense to me? I left the car and pictured the mileage,mileage had moved 3 miles and my Fuel Range had gone from 112 miles to 50 odd? are they siphoning fuel as well? DO NOT USE!!!!!

A service which is ran by complete absolute uneducated morons. Firstly the managers do not care about the customers as they are never seem to be around. Secondly the drivers who park the cars, do not know how to park cars as we have arrived back from holiday, we found our vehicle just dumped in a lane. The reception staff could not speak fluent English as we needed help thinking how an earth they were employed by the airport. The whole service is a joke. Full information is never provided. A word of advice to anyone who works there, PLEASE LEARN HOW TO PARK A CAR IN ITS LANE.

32 Moss Lane SK9 4LG i left my car 26/07/2023 and pickup 02/08/2023 basically iam also a taxi driver and I have lot of coins in my car car I forget to take it off when I pickup my car the steal 40 to 50 pounds of £1 from my car when I asked nobody wants to take responsibility and my car was full of Mud from inside its looks like they used my car to pickup passengers from airport worst experience don’t ever book with them I have mentioned full address so please be aware

I'm writing this review on behalf of my partner "lee barlow". Where do I even start. We were told to ring them 30 min before arrival, couldn't get through, and voicemail box was full. When we finally got through and finally got there I didn't even want to get out the car. There were four men of Asian ethnic with a caravan where I'm guessing they live. The ground was full of mud a sludge so don't wear white! They didn't have a clue what they were doing and apparently their bus broke down so we had to get a taxi. We really didn't want to leave the car or car keys but had no choice. Also before leaving someone told us not to use them cos they don't arrange taxi back when you come back off holiday. We got to airport and they said its £12 for dropping off and picking up so we paid it. Coming back from our holiday we rang them 30 mins before leaving the airport to let them know we were ready.. he answered and said hes busy and text him our registration number and name. Didn't hear anything back so partner rang again and he said "busy very busy. I'll sort taxi and ring you back" we mustve been waiting half hour.. then was told he's on his way and he'll message us when he's there. He didn't message us... eventually we found him just sat in his van not even bothering to tell us he's here. The van was shocking.. the seats weren't even screwed to the ground and had duck tape all around them. We then had to wait as he was picking 5 more people up in the same van and told me to put my 2 year old on my lap. He even tried charging us more to take back to the car park! Eventually we set off and got back to the car park.. again full of sludge and men that didn't know what they were doing. We go to the card and there was sludge all up one side of our car and on the inside of the passenger side door.. how or why? No idea! I just couldn't wait to leave! All in all worse experience ever even my 2 year old was crying! DO NOT USE!

What an absolute joke! Basically we arrived at 3am to a poorly lit field of mud so don't have good trainers on. Staff are absolutely clueless and whilst we were waiting to hand over our key there were 2 families stuck there (one had been there 5 hrs) because their keys had been lost and one of their cars had been damaged. We were taken to the airport eventually in a mini bus that we saw as we got out had a pool of sick on the door and floor. On our return we waited over an hour for the minibus to come for us and take us back to the hellhole of a carpark. Because our flight was delayed we were told that we needed to pay an extra £20 but they had to whistle for that as the car was handed back to us full of mud in the foot wells on the passenger seat and sprayed all up the inside of the passenger side door. Do not use this company as they're an absolute disgrace.

SCAMMERS! AVOID
I would have given zero if it was possible. These people are scammers. They charge you £13 for return when they drop you off, but find an excuse not to pick you up form the airport. When I rang them to pick me up, they said I should pay the taxi, and they will refund, but it was just a lie, they did not pay anything. Also, the parking was full of mud on a rainy day. My white trainers were completely covered in mud. In all honesty, this was the worst car park I ever used. Avoid at all cost!
