Mene uses fedex for shipping and has a terrible system in place. They required signature on delivery which is totally understandable, however they do not let customers choose a time frame. If fedex will come at a certain time and after a few attempts send it back to mene. And when we tried to arrange the delivery for Saturday, they wanted to charge us more money. So if you aren’t going to be home all day during the weekday, do not order from here, you won’t get your package.

The earrings are so pretty. I like to wear it everyday routine. I am so happy to have this pieces

The items were great but Mene’s policy to not ship to a post office box was inconvenient and caused delays at the Canadian border.

Excellent quality and amazing presentation - the only reason this isn't a 5-star review is because while they say that the entire piece is 24K gold this isn't actually true. The clasp for my new necklace (my second Mene purchase overall) is actually 18K, not 24K and I don't recall that being mentioned anywhere. The only reason I found out was because the one they sent me was too short and I needed it to be lengthened but am wary of international shipping again after my last customs assessment - overall, however they are gorgeous items.

I love the Product, I love the value tracking of the collection. I look forward to buying more. I wish you had a less expensive Signet ring option. Also you should promote the Picasso connection. I live in Canada and didn’t realize how much duty you pay on such expensive items . The package came to Canada fairly quick but has been in customs for a couple weeks now and called multiple times to see if they need anything on my end to help with speeding up the process… nothing . Nothing Menē can do , but I just wish that they made shipping easier for clients outside of the Country

We purchased six different pieces. Two sets of earrings. Two rings. A necklace and a leather bracelet. Quality is amazing. Beautiful pieces. But our leather bracelet broke within two days of wearing. Was really disappointed when that happened.

The piece was easy to order, but once received was a treasure from the start. Beautifully wrapped, certificate of weight.well done. To know the feeling of having this piece in my possession gives me a great feeling of security. I purchased this just before the jump in the price of gold,but this will not be my last purchase as the price of all assets continue to rise.
