Easy ordering and competitive pricing
Easy ordering, competitive pricing AND they email me a discount code frequently (too frequently) which I save until needed. Despatch is fast and packaging letter box friendly. Re-ordering is even simpler - you can avoid the questionaire if nothing has changed.

Good products and great service
Good products, very fair prices and great service. The products ordered normally arrive within 48 hours after placing the order and if for any reason there are delivery delays, they solve any problems. Far superior to at least two companies that I know of.

Wrong Product - No response to emails, calls - Unreliable
On their website I ordered specific brand, which was shown also in the confirmation email. They sent different brand. I have emailed them directly, also via the account, there is no reply. I called them, no answer and no space to leave message. Very dissapointed. A pharmacy shop that cannot provide support or reply the calls it is unacceptable. First and last time that I buy from them

Great fast service
Great fast service. I've been ordering for about 10 years. But I think they should give loyalty bonus for regular ordering
