Overpriced service with disappointing results.
The design looked great in the photos, but the reality was a completely different story. The customer relations manager was dismissive when I raised concerns, and the final product didn't match what was promised. Communication was slow, and getting simple adjustments done was like pulling teeth. For the price they charge, I expected professionalism, but instead, I got delays, excuses, and a lackluster experience.
