My purchasing experience was first FIRST CLASS…
My purchasing experience was first class. Megan responded swiftly to my many questions on the chat & also on a live phone call as we discussed the best model for my needs. I finally ordered the MX06 & the bike arrived as promised just a couple of days later ready for Fathers Day. I’m yet to actually assemble & ride it (due to a foot injury) but I’m looking fwd to the next stage of my Merkx experience very soon. Well done Megan & Merkx.
