This company sends unsolicited emails to business email addresses which mine is one. Stop spamming my F--king email address.

My company has received almost 500 emails from clients of this service to various staff members over the past month, all of which are spam, even sent to staff who have only just started and haven't worked for us long enough to have an online presence. To Merrehill, none of your emails gets through. To people receiving the SPAM, it is possible to block them. Just becuase you say youll remove us doesnt mean you will... the fact that your scaping the internet for addresses and then allowing your clients to use those list makes you scummy bottom feeders

Spam ! Yet another spam email from an account manager from this company. At least they're honest with 'Let's not pretend this is a good email' !

I get emails from them about once a month, never asked to be put on an email list yet they keep coming

Edit - They want a 'review', I'm not giving my email address out to a spam company! I've got the email and screenshot ready to send to Trustpilot if they want it.

Sent us, an IT support company, an email offering IT support. They aren't even in IT support - this is unsolicited spam from a marketing company selling what?

Spam emailer, not GDPR compliant

Edit: Merrehill tries to get Trustpilot to take down negative reviews, including this one. You can look in the company profile to see evidence of this and Trustpilots findings.

Edit: Trustpilot is for anyone who has had an interaction with your company, not just clients. And if you look at and engage with recent reviews rather than getting defensive, you will see something about your practices is causing GDPR concerns. It might be that trying to opt out does not work. Now this has been brought to your attention, the ICO would probably expect to to investigate. I would suggest you do, and withdraw your claim that you are being defamed.

They keep spamming while gaslighting us claiming we are a subscriber so GDPR doesn't apply.

Don't use a marketing company that does this they will trash your reputation too and give you a big GDPR problem that could destroy your business.

The recent ones have offered a free security audit. While I have no evidence they or any of the promoted services have acted maliciously it is best to avoid such offers. That is a classic fishing tactic to gain access to your systems, you must not trust any company that contacts you offering this, it is the sort of thing ransomware operators do.

Received an unsolicited cold email from this company and it started by insulting my inbox: “Let’s not pretend this is a good email… It’s bland. It’s lazy.” That’s an odd way to introduce yourself to someone who never asked to be contacted.

It also read like a mass template sent to “a hundred other people,” with the usual “reply ‘Sure’” bait. If your marketing relies on spamming strangers and being snarky about it, I’m not interested in trusting you with anything related to email outreach.

Please STOP emailing people who haven’t opted in.

**EDIT** Your patronising reply of "Please opt out. Problem solved." is very antagonistic. I shouldn't have to solve a problem you spammers create!

They say they're a 'email marketing solutions' company but simply put they spam you. I've never signed up to their spam list yet I'm getting emails from them from ‘Claire Long’. Considering I don't give out my email address they must have some dodgy spam lists they've bought. AVOID doing business with them !!!

Edit - Please tell me where I actually opted in ? Oh you can't ? Show me a form where I agreed to receive email from your company. When did I opt in ?

I'm not going to put my business email address in that link as you'll probably spam me even more considering you spammed me in the first place.

Update 2 - so you’ve got a business list and you don’t need consent ? So basically it’s spam. And again when I’m complaining shouting spammed I’m not going to give you my email address as no doubt you’ll spam more

It just ends up in my junk mail, but other people should be wary of them.

I have been using Lee and the team at Merrehill for some time now. I am astonished how they get me so many leads. I run a web design company and as we all know we are bombarded by emails every day.

Somehow though the emails from Merrehill stand out and attract a response. I have had to pause the campaigns on a number of occasions just so that I can keep up with proposals and follow ups.

I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Merrehill for lead generation.
