Possibly the worst company to deal with EVER.
More company rebranding still make them poor.
Unreliable & broken pc costing £1.5k and paid more for a better warranty. Total waste of money. AVOID

We were sent incorrect products
We were sent incorrect products, support team completely unhelpful, borderline rude & offered us no workable solution.
Part of the order was usable (and needed urgently) the rest completely useless to us. They refused to replace the part of the order that was unusable to us unless the whole order was returned unopened & unused.
Given that there was no way of knowing that they were the incorrect products without opening them, I'm not sure how their logic was working there.
Wouldn't order from them again.

A part was missing on delivery
Built and delivered quickly, I did pay extra for that, but had to send it back because a part was missing. As a result, the extra money I paid for the delivery was lost. But tech support was very helpful, and I'm happy with the result. This is the fourth PC MESH has built for me over the years and this is the first time I've had a problem.

Got what I asked for and what I wanted. The desktop works exactly as I hoped it would and there were no unexpected (unwelcome) surprises. It arrived quicker than I expected too which was ideal for me. Very pleased with the whole deal.

Reposted this review as got removed for speaking the truth. What is the point in having trust pilot. Review a company. Gets removed for speaking the truth. I won't be bullied by a billion pound company. I can't believe this fraud computer company is still trading. Yes Mesh computers. I am leaving a review from a computer i bought from this dodgy cowboy company. I spent £1200 on a computer for it to keep crashing. They kept on sending their engineers out to resolve issue and they were clueless on how to repair it as did not know what the problem was. Kept on replacing components thinking it was that. In the end got sent back to the company mesh computers. For them to send it back saying problem was resolved. Believe it or not same issues. So in the end they replaced it. After a month the replacement had faults with it. In the end i sent back for a refund as 6 months of this nonsense was enough. I sent back for them to refuse refund. So i was not happy. So i refused to keep taking re-delivery of this computer i sent back for a refund. Then i got a threatening letter from them sent recorded delivery. If i refuse re-delivery again of this computer i would be charged daily storage costs fees and threatened with court action. So i was stuck with this computer that was not fit for pupose. I still have the computer here in a box sonewhere. All here if they want to give me my money back.
