I was introduced to Messly, by one of my friends, registration process was simple, I was able to complete it within a day or so, you can interact with multiple companies from this platform which is a huge plus point.

Organisation element was great. However I found some agencies to not always use messly effectively and ask you to re-send the documents

I had the chance of connecting to different agencies and jobs opportunities.

Love the concept of having a central database of Locum agencies.. however, all the paperwork you have to do for messly (vaccination history, CV, references etc) that the agencies have access to, you then have to do all over again once you join the agency also so you end up doing paperwork about 4 times over. I don’t understand the point of this

Messly have an excellent user friendly app, the staff are very professional and provide regular updates.

Messly works with a select list of more experienced recruiting groups who responded very quickly to my locum requests. Messly has a helpful database for my documents to avoid me having to send multiple duplicates of my documents to different agencies. The locum agency Medsol were professional and efficient with their job selections for me and in processing paperwork.

The advertised jobs always not available, and the agencies use the trick to get doctors to regiseter with them, then they dont contact the doctor even if tehy show interest in future jobs
This platform does not worth the time spent on it
