The only subscription worth keeping
I have used this company for YEARS! I would say since their first year in business and honestly I have more underwear than I know what to do with 🤣. I fell in love with the fabric first - so soft and comfy and they have a million different patterns so, what started out as a way to slowly replace my old drawer had now turned into a slight obsession. I have even given their products as gifts to several friends as well as bought matching pairs for my partner.
In all fairness I have had a couple of pairs that had seem issues, but comparing that to the amount of good ones - I would say is like less than 1 percent. Also here is my takeaway on that - no one is perfect and everyone needs a little grace. If I get 2 faulty pairs out of 72+ then I think I’m doing pretty good as far as quality control goes. The other thing you have to consider is if you are getting the right size… just cause they stretch doesn’t mean it’s the right size. Stress on the seems can definitely affect the longevity of the product.
Also I have paused and restarted my membership with no issues what so ever.
Quality products and customer service!
MeUndies makes great quality products and has excellent customer service. I had an issue with some items and their customer service representative, Glaiza, was very understanding and incredibly helpful. I was already an avid fan before but the wonderful service I received will ensure they’ll be getting plenty more of my business for years to come.
Disappointing
I was directed to the company for having good underwear, bought a pair and when I found they were what I was looking for, joined the monthly membership within a few months I realized how poorly made they are, especially for the price. I have several pairs that the hems around the legs are coming apart and getting holes. Terribly disappointed in them. I am willing to pay the price for underwear that is comfortable and stays put, but not for pairs that within a few months are coming apart.

Same size, different measurements
I bought two different colors of the T-back bralette, same size. the band measurements were different by 1.5 inches, so one of them is super tight and the other one fits. Poor sizing consistency. The seams are also poorly sewn. Won’t be buying anything more from them.
I love my monthly MeUndies deliveries
I love my monthly MeUndies deliveries! It keeps with a fresh and updated selection of undies spread out over time. Not to mention they are super comfortable. So light, silky, and soft. I get my monthly deliveries on the first of the month and it's usually here by the 3rd-5th, depending on when the 1st falls. Great company!
Customer service fail
I was super excited to get a matching pair of underwear for me and my gf. In fact, I paid for express shipping.
Well the shipment came fast, and it was someone else’s order completely. The shipping label even has someone else’s name and address, which means they maybe got my shipment (and my personal information.)
I emailed MeUndies team, and? NO response, just a partial refund email. So they think it’s okay to still keep around $10 from me for express shipping for a product I DID NOT RECEIVE.
I disputed the charge with my bank and will never use this site again, and have already blasted my friends about it. Really a terrible experience all together. Buyers beware.
Not Consistent
They sell socks that are too small. I would say most, if not all, of the negative reviews are sizing issues. The problem with this is if they mislabel what they send you, and you get the wrong size they will NOT replace it with a larger size of the same product. What they will do is respond with sarcasm, and try to get you to purchase something you don't want.
They market being able to match up and down, all day long. Yet when something goes wrong, and you'd like to match just like they advertise...you can't.
All of this comes down to poor consistency with their Quality Control, and Poor Customer Service who genuinely don't know how to do anything other than use sarcasm while pretending that's the help you wanted, and pretending they care.
I am done with this company. Plus, their last 2-3 releases have been just carbon copies of things you can buy at Walmart, so the value in something unique really isn't there anymore.

order delay - website says 10-12 days delivery - Ordered 5th Mar for UK mothers day, delivery now expected 14th Apr, Meundies support was unhelpful at best saying the carrier system was overloaded. I won't be ordering again.

I have used MeUndies for years and actually haven't worn anything else since. I never took part in their Subscription service so I can't comment on that. They are very expensive but they last about 2 years if they are being washed once a week. I noticed the black colored material is better quality for some reason. I will wear MeUndies till they go out of business.
Unable to cancel subscription - scam alert
You subscribe for an annual gift. Annual = 1 year. Their scammimg practice of continuing to charge your credit card after 1 year should be illegal. We contacted them to cancel the subscription (after being charged month after month after the year was up). They couldn't locate our account info, then said it must be on the gift recipient's account, which they also couldn't locate. After many, many, many emails and calls, the company finally said they cancelled it. Of course they didn't, and we received another charge from them. This has not stopped. We now have to cancel our credit card to have this situation. Buy your underwear at a reputable company, not meundies.
Good Quality, But Unreliable
Edit: And despite saying they support the LGBTAQ+ community, they're still selling their 'Harry Potter' merch. Considering JK Rowlings transphobic views, that's incredibly disappointing.
Despite the excellent quality of their product, they continually drop orders, cancel them, or shame a customer for not using their membership program. It feels as if MeUndies is changing, and not for the better. I wouldn't be surprised if it recently got a new manager, because this all screams 'let's change it all now that I'm in charge!' The new warehouse opened a month ago, and things are still a disorganised mess, which is really a shame. Their representatives are nothing but kind and polite, but can rarely help. This used to be a good company, but whenever you go onto their twitter, you just see them replying to dissatisfied customers. And asking people on twitter to model for them for free, which is, well...pretty disappointing. They're taking advantage of their customer base.

Terrible at counting
Terrible at counting. If you know the brand, you know designs and sizes are almost impossible to get, this funneling you into membership. Which should work fine, allowing you to reserve your designs and sizes in advance. But of course, this requires the ability to do basic math, so since this is America, that didn't work so well. Places our membership order for the new design the day it was launched (if not the minute it was launched, involves one of my favorite movies). So we locked in and we're pumped to get them. Low and behold, after almost a month of thinking we had this design, an email saying: we removed the design from your order, oops! Thanks for nothing.

Good Product and Service, Excruciating Wait Times
Even though I ordered the wrong cut of the garment in question, the material was very high quality and comfortable. The website is very user friendly and their return process is fast and seamless. Really my only complaint is that my order took three months to arrive. I will mention that I live in Canada and ordered at the beginning of the COVID-19 outbreak. I'm sure US orders come in no time, but for Canadians, it's probably not worth it

Omg these people are incredible
Omg these people are incredible. From the stores to the online ordering. When they were still open at the retail level they were consistently kind and helpful and now during this quarantine when many businesses and even our bank won’t answer the phone they are staffed with online chat and even through this virtual mode their compassion and value of customer service shines through. They went above and beyond for me when an order went to our PO Box instead of our home. With a daughter who is immune suppressed we are not easily able to go and stand in line asking if a package came in to us at the box. They sent my order again to my home and I promised to return the other ASAP when we finally are safe to venture out. Hopefully soon but in the meantime we will have soft, cozy loungewear and a new hope of American business integrity to see us through. I even think I read that they were committing part of their operations to see masks for first responders. Amazing and we will never forget. Thank you MeUndies for being good and being kind and being what we can all strive for because in the end we are in this together.
MeUndies is my go-to underwear service
MeUndies has been my go-to underwear for a few years now, it's fantastic to receive however many pair of boxers I need right to my mailbox. The packaging is always something I look forward to seeing and opening because there's a new theme(s) every month and they keep new designs available for a few months in case you miss the limited edition the first time around.
I can't speak to the customer service as I haven't chatted with them at all, since their site was readily equipped to exchange the sizes if I got the wrong size and it wasn't too difficult to do so. Pretty straight forward process to send the undies back with a note inside asking which size you want to exchange them with. I have a feeling the struggle between styles might be where the line gets fuzzy with people since they might cost more or less and refunds need to be sent out within a certain period of time.
I love this service and they give you the option to skip a month and come back, I've done this for 4-5 months consecutively but usually end up coming back for a specific design. The key is to check in on the emails the first or last of the month before you get charged. From my experience this is what I've learned. Hope that helps!
