These guys were brilliant - made the actual move easy for us even when completion was late. Worth every penny.

This was the fourth time I used Mew The Movers to move my pianos. As always, they provided an excellent service in all respects

For two elderly people a house move is daunting but your two chaps made it as easy for us as was possible. I would have no hesitation in recommending Mews to everyone

A first class team from beginning to end, they made everything seem effortless. We were moving from a large house and it was a long day which the guys handled brilliantly, relieving our stress. Would highly recommend, I hope we never move again but if we do we'd use Mewthemovers. Thanks to all the team.

From the moment the team arrived they were courteous and jovial and nothing was too much trouble.They took great care of our possessions and it was amazing how strategically everything was loaded into their 18 tonne lorry. Despite the weather being awful on moving in day, it didn't dampen their spirits! and they remained very happy and professional. We would highly recommend this company

My parents used mews 20 years ago so i decided to use them.What a fantastic team. Nothing was too much trouble for them.Great price and a great move from start to finish.I would highly recommend mews A big thanks to Phil and dan for all their work.

We have recently moved on the Isle of Wight and found the whole team were excellent. Nothing was too much trouble and John, Bugsy, Tyler and Richard were not only very helpful and obliging but also took very good care not to damage anything which made this as stress free as possible. If we decide to move again we would certainly ask this firm to help and have no hesitation recommending them to others.

Not great. Move from Island to mainland including packing and into storage for 2 weeks. Only saw John for quotation not seen again.
Packing guys were efficient and pleasant enough but we were told, by John to leave things in drawers, packers proceeded to empty these until we stopped them, they then emptied desk drawers and proceeded to refill them with other items from room! Looses items from drawers just loose in packing boxes - not helpful.
Our heating thermostat was packed from the hall, by mistake, guys couldn't remember doing this when asked, but was later found in middle of box from kitchen, this cost us £100 to replace for new owners.
The process of packing for storage seemed bizarre as packed into lorry, then repacked at depot into crates then opposite for delivery.
When we took delivery it transpired a whole crate had been left at depot. They did return the next day with this but didn't call us to confirm this was happening as they had promised so we called office to be told they were on the ferry.
An oak coffee table was chipped in the process and was mentioned to packers who took a photo of damage. No response was forthcoming. We have emailed twice to chase but still no comment.
Move in was on 6/12/18 and now receive request for feedback so here it is.

It is interesting that I received your response to this comment in the early hours of Sunday Morning but that my emails were not responded to during working hours. I am also less than happy that you choose a public forum such as this to respond in such detail about a personal contract for service rather than respond to my e-mails, but since you have …..
To the best of my knowledge you called to our property twice; once for the initial quote and once (seeing my husband) prior to the actual move, with another man, who also did not pack for us. My point is that you were who I was employing and you didn't even drop by on either of the two days packing, let alone delivery.
Re thermostat: Yes, we said the items in the bedroom were not to be packed. This did not mean that we had put everything in there not to be packed. In any event, the packers checked on various other occasion about things to be packed or not and worse, one packer was, luckily, caught packing the items in said bedroom anyway which he had to unpack.
Re Access: When we moved into this property one lorry with containers from storage reversed into our drive.
Re delivery: Your comments re saving the planet are admirable, but since you left a whole container of goods behind, you had to send another lorry from the Island to the mainland anyway.
If you hadn't requested a review via this portal, my thoughts would have remained just that.
As far as I am concerned this is the end of the matter and my review stands.

Highly recommended. Thank you to John, Harriet and all the removal men who were efficient, helpful and friendly and made our move to the mainland go so smoothly. Excellent communications and competitive prices. Thank you to all the team again.

Fantastic company moved everything quick time and up to the penthouse apartment with no lift. Unlike a certain company who refused to bring up a new fridge freezer. Would recommend MEWS the Moovers. The best on the Isle of Wight

From first survey visit to the packing, loading and unloading at my new place in Wales, the team were very helpful, efficient and knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble!
