We used MG to replace our existing Kitchen and Utility room. All the works were well planned and went to program from start to finish. We have to say they did excellent job and we are very pleased with the results.
The guys were all very professional, friendly and polite, all the rubbish was removed weekly and they kept the place clean and tidy.
We will be in contact again in the future for more building works.

From start to finish this has been an excellent experience. MG building maintenance are professional, clean and tidy and managed my property with respect and care. Our patio and fence has never looked better. I’m extremely happy with the work which was completed and would gladly recommend them.

From start to finish the teams professionalism was first rate. Over the moon with the finished job, especially the Dragonfly in the driveway.

Chimney needed top courses replacing. Came out and quoted me the day after I called due to me having to travel to site; to suit my diary. I was told it would be about a 6 weeks wait. Called me at 4 weeks to say it would be done within the next two weeks which it was. Very pleased with the work. Even phoned the day before work was due to start to let me know they’d start a couple of hours late.
I would use again.

Professional way my request was managed. The plumber removed existing thermostatic shower mixer and installed replacement in a careful manner.

We had a conservatory with a glass roof which caused the usual too hot or too cold problems .
Mg came and quoted us for a warm roof system which was installed within a couple of weeks to a very high standard , we are very pleased with the work done and would have no hesitation in using mg builders in the future .

Our patio needed an overhaul . We asked MG for a quote who came promptly gave us advice and a price, We agreed and they came to carry out the work very quickly. The two tradesmen involved were very pleasant and got to work immediately. Their work was to a very high standard After they finished they cleared every trace away. We are very pleased with the finished product and would not hesitate to recommend them

First time using them. We're very impressed: they came quickly, when we needed it. The member of their plumbing team that came to our house was very efficient and honest about the work that needed to be done. We had to replace the part of the toilet cistern that was causing the trouble. He ordered the part for us and came back the following day to install it when he said he would. We're very happy with the work that was done. Overall, very good first impression and would definitely recommend their services.

MG Builders did a fantastic job of extending an existing concrete base for a new Log Cabin. They were easily contactable by phone, always answered and returned calls as promised. MG scheduled the work in quickly for me to ensure the base was ready for the arrival of the cabin. Fantastic all round and I highly recommend them.

Reasonable price and very satisfied with the end result would definitely use again

Totally lack of communication
Told job could be done within 2 weeks. 6 weeks later , job cancelled 3 times now, hour spent on phone hours writing emails
Turned up Thursday to dig out patio could not do as no parking available,
which I told them there would not be as I booked other work in, which
would not of been a problem if they
did not cancel on me twice before.
Guy told me he be back Friday and
get the whole job done, e mail then received telling me Monday parking situation would be the same, after long conversation keeps being told my job was not as important as other jobs telling me other customers personal details, so not right

The roof needed repointing, a quote was asked for and quickly received. Work commenced when scheduled and I am completely happy with the outcome. Each day, everything was left clean and tidy.
Very helpful and friendly staff and I would not hesitate to ask them to do any further work.

As a business, we had an EICR completed and some of our lighting replaced. The work was completed to a high standard and in a safe manner. My only gripe is that the response time from the office when booking work in is very slow.

The company provide an efficient turn around on pricing and commenced my work as I needed it. The office in Swaffham were very helpful.

I contacted MG about installing a downstairs cloakroom, which would involve knocking down a wall, installing a new wall and a doorway, digging through the ground internally and externally to connect to drains, electrical work, plastering and plumbing. I was to do the decorating myself although they were happy to do that too. I required the work to be done within in a month. The quoted price was the middle of 3 I’d received but the knowledge and advice that came with it was excellent. The guys started on site at 7:30am, worked all day until 4pm, left the site for an hour middayish which was their only break. They were all the nicest guys, polite, courteous and all very proud of their part in the job and every evening left the place tidy and safe for me and my dogs. The whole job was completed in under 2 weeks and any of snags sorted immediately. I would certainly use them again, everyone from the girls in the shop to the guy that cleared all the rubbish away were excellent and made what I thought might be a stressful experience an absolute joy. I cannot stress enough how pleased I am with the end result and the way it was brought about.

I'm a Chartered Physiotherapist and this company helps me keep my clients safe. We work together to get the client's home environment as safe as possible. This allows clients to be safe and independent in their own homes and includes making outdoor access as risk free as possible. I shall certainly keep working with this company.

We had the mg team renovate our whole house. We was under a time limit and they got in their whole team and turned it around super quick. We have also had them for two emergency call out to our business premises for plumbing issues and they resolved the issue for us both time super quick can’t recommend them enough!

Arrived on time, very professional, took time and appreciation keep everywhere clean and tidy. Had my old shower replaced with a new one looks brilliant against my white tiles.
