We had an amazing experience with Matt from MHP. He was patient, kind, and informative. A part of me thought that it might be too good to be true, but they’re the real deal! They got us some of the BEST seats and the food that comes with the Lofts access was actually pretty good for concert food. My advice is just get there when the doors open so you can fully enjoy the experience if you choose the lofts because they close up the food and bar ridiculously early (around 9:30!). I will def use MHP whenever I’m at any other prudential events!

The speed at which the representative would answer and the knowledge on any question I had, truly made this such a great experience. My representative worked with our budget and did his best to accommodate our group. I look forward to booking another suite with them again!
