I have just sold my house using Michael Poole I dealt with Craig throughout he always picked up my calls when I had questions /queries kept me informed at all times. Overall great experience would recommend.

Michael Poole have been excellent throughout my house purchase. Jack has kept me updated along the way. It was lovely to receive a welcome pack when I collected my keys of tea, washing kit etc which are staples of when you set a house up. Thoroughly reccomend.

I had the pleasure of having Tom McCaffrey and Ruby Townsend help me throughout the sale of my property. Their communication was excellent, making sure I was receiving updates with every step of the process, and they found me a buyer for the exact price I wanted very quickly. As I was unable to travel to the property due to busy schedule and personal reasons, the Michael Poole Team took care of everything on my behalf, making sure I received pictures I needed for the documentation process, doing the viewings, and providing the keys to the new landlord and going above and beyond anything I needed guidance or support on. My experience with the Michael Poole team has been excellent and I can only thank them for everything, highly recommend them.

Exceptional service provided by Michael Poole estate agents in Yarm. We finalised our purchase in Feb 2026 having started the process in Aug 2025. Due to chain issues and Solicitors not communicating we were at times at our wits end. Stacey Holmes (Negotiator) really went above and beyond to help and provide reassurance during this process. When Solicitors weren’t talking she was chasing. When time periods went by with no news she checked we were ok. If she said she was going to do something you had an update the same day. Had the other parties worked as diligently and professionally I’m sure we would have completed much sooner. Highly recommend without hesitation.

This is the worst agent I have ever worked with. Supposedly acting for us, this estate agent, I feel, was dishonest and misleading….protecting a chain to our detriment (not informing us that they had the entire chain) . Ill advising and recommending that we fund unnecessary surveys and ,I suspect , sharing privileged information to prospective buyers. In my opinion they were unprofessional, dishonest, bad communicators and the only agent I have ever known to charge for photographs and their own failures!
