Payment taken but no sign of the order
Placed an order on the 2nd May, payment was processed, paid extra for the courier service....and absolutely no sign of the order having been despatched. Can not get through to the company, phone appears to have been disconnected, emails not answered. Will be pursuing a full refund and avoiding this company in the future.

Do not give your money to these liars...absolutely disgraceful company.
Displaying a large red banner across the top of their website which states "COVID-19 Update: We are operating as usual, with no change to our processing or dispatch" in order to deceive unsuspecting people into giving them money.
In reality, behind the scenes they are completely unable to service the orders they already have, but are promoting and charging £12:99 for "GUARANTEED next day delivery" while knowing full well they cannot provide it.
I placed my order 5 days ago, and chose them purely because of their notice around uninterrupted delivery times and Guaranteed next day delivery. However, still no sign of my goods, and to add insult to injury they have disconnected their phone lines, and are not responding to emails.
This is tantamount to fraud, and I will be reporting to both PayPal when I try to recover my funds, as well as trading standards.

Great customer service
I have seen the negative reviews posted about this company but can honestly say that I received amazing service from them. I ordered bunting for the VE Day celebration but I did not order it until Monday 4 May 2020. Given that I placed my order so late I did not have much hope that the company could fulfil it in time. However, even with the current restrictions, I received the flags I ordered within 48 hours. I was absolutely delighted that the company pulled out all the stops to help the celebration along. Grateful thanks from a happy customer.

Awful
Ordered on 4th May, paid £12.99 for next day delivery. It’s now late afternoon on 6th May, still no sign of the order. Sent two emails no response, phone is busy all the time.
Will be seeking a full refund off PayPal.

ordered my flags on Friday 1st may 2020 and paid next day delivery. its now Wednesday 6th and no flags. tried calling with no joy they just laughed over the phone so PLEASE AVOID THIS SHOCKING COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

Terrible company
Terrible company, terrible customer service (no customer service). Did not supply my order although I allowed a month for the order to be delivered. Don't even bother phoning as they don't answer. BUYER BE AWARE. TOOK MY CHARITY MONEY THOUGH ??
