I like this saloon here is my regular salon for my hair and my gel nails place. Good stuff and good services thank you.

⚠️ The Most Disappointing Experience in Alanya ⚠️

▪︎ Completely unprofessional staff, especially the men, giving different prices with huge differences, clearly trying to fool us.

▪︎ One of them was obviously high, talking nonsense and acting very disrespectful. We even heard them talking about us, assuming we didn’t understand. They said we couldn’t afford the extensions they had offered for 23,000 TL (for just 150 grams of hair extensions!) as if money grows on trees in Europe.

▪︎ The hair dye and haircut were the worst I’ve ever had. They were pulling my head aggressively while at the same time another girl was struggling to fix my nails.

▪︎ I paid 1,500 TL for nails that turned out to be the worst shape and quality. For the same price in Sweden, I get perfect results and respectful service. Afterward, I checked with other salons in Alanya and found that nails usually cost between 1,000–1,300 TL. So they clearly overcharged.

▪︎ On top of that, their attitude was disrespectful when I didn’t want to pay in cash, even though I had already paid 4,100 TL for hair and nails. I left the salon feeling completely disappointed and robbed of both my time and money.

I don’t usually leave bad reviews because I understand that employees can have bad days BUT this was on a whole different level. Out of all my four visits to Turkey, this was by far the worst experience. I felt I had to leave this review, especially since this salon’s name appears first when you search for hair and nail salons in Alanya.

We payd way more money then he told us. He told us e price at the start, and then when we where gonna pay he said way more. And the treatment was not worth it. Its cheaper in norway. He has no respect and yells at customers

Bad experience with extensions – misleading, unprofessional, and disrespectful to staff!

I had my hair done with weave extensions by the owner himself, Mikail. At first, I had 400 grams installed, but the ends didn’t blend well at all. When I went back, I was told I needed more hair. In the end, they added another 200 grams, making it a total of 600 grams. Total 750 euro… Later I found out that this was completely unnecessary – I only needed a volume row. But since I didn’t know much about extensions, I had no idea they had been installed incorrectly.

It wasn’t until a month later, back home in my own country, when I went to get the extensions moved up, that I saw the real damage:
👉 Five wefts of hair had been stacked onto a single row.
That’s a major mistake, and my natural hair suffered serious damage because of it.

As if that wasn’t enough, we went to their other branch to get our hair blow-dried. there was another man there (possibly the manager), who recommended we book a tour through the little tour agency next to the salon. He kept saying it was cheap and great value.

We ended up paying €40 per person for Summer Garden, which we later found out is completely free! Absolutely disgraceful. So both my friend and I were scammed on both sides – with the hair and with the tour.

What’s worse, the way Mikail treats his staff is honestly unacceptable. You can clearly see the lack of respect and how he talks down to them. No one deserves to work under that kind of pressure or attitude – it’s unprofessional and toxic.

🚫 Don’t fall for it! Book your excursions through your hotel – they’re cheaper and more reliable.
And if you want hair extensions, go to someone who knows what they’re doing and treats both clients and staff with respect. Social media says nothing about how proffesional someone is .Not worth the stress, the money, or the damage.” Check my google review for the pictures!

Personalet er søde og smilede overfor kunder. Prisen er dyr, hvilket er forståeligt i og med de er meget grundige og brugte over 5 timer på mit hår, hvilket jeg er rigtig glad for. Derudover er Mikail også meget imødekommende og har en masse gode ideer ift. hårstil og farve🙏
Vil helt klart anbefale denne frisør til andre.

Det værste frisør salon i Alanya.
Jeg var hos dem den13/9-2024 dagen inden jeg skulle hjem.
Det skulle lave mørke karamelstriber med staniol.
Mit hår er Brandt og farven er sort og det snydt mig ved at sælge hjemlavet C vitamin på vandflaske.
Stedet burde lukkes med det samme , folk er ikke uddannet og ødelægger folks hår for alt for dyre priser. Jeg blev snydt og mit hår er ødelagt . Ikke gå der folkens . Hold jer væk for jeres egen skyld.

WARNING! Do NOT undergo any treatments at this place. My girlfriend has visited many different salons in different countries and this is by far the WORST experience she has ever had.

She went to this dreadful salon to get hair extensions and a color treatment, and here are some of the negative experiences she encountered:

1. Unprofessional and Rude Owner:
The owner, Mikail, was extremely unprofessional and unpleasant. He seemed to care only about making money and showed little interest in providing a satisfactory experience for the customer.

2. Ignored Specific Requests:
Despite repeatedly emphasizing that she did NOT want her natural hair cut, they went ahead and cut it anyway, completely disregarding her wishes.

3. PAINFUL Application Process:
The staff was extremely rough while applying the hair extensions. Throughout the entire process, my girlfriend was in pain and repeatedly asked them to be more gentle, but they ignored her pleas. She has been getting extensions for 10 years and has never experienced such discomfort before. The pain was so intense that she couldn't rest her head on a pillow that night. Shockingly, other customers in the salon were also screaming in pain during their treatments.

3. Multiple Failed Coloring Attempts:
She clearly showed them photos of the hair color she wanted, yet they got it wrong three times. Each time, they tried to convince her that the color matched the photo, which it clearly didn't. Only after persistent insistence did they agree to a fourth attempt, which finally matched her desired color. This whole ordeal caused her to spend a staggering 8 hours in the salon.

4) VERY Poor Quality Hair Extensions:
The quality of the extensions was extremely poor. As soon as she got home, the hair was tangled and messy. Attempts to fix it with hair masks and oils were unsuccessful. The extensions were excessively frizzy, similar to straw, and shed profusely—running fingers through it would result in clumps of hair coming out.

In summary, stay away from this salon. It was the worst experience imaginable, and if you care about your hair, do NOT go there.

Jeg havde en virkelig dårlig oplevelse hos Mikail Hair Salon i Alanya. Jeg blev snydt og fik slet ikke den mængde hår, som jeg havde betalt for. Prisen var overdrevet høj i forhold til, hvad jeg endte med at få. jeg fit påsat hvad der ligner 100g hår (utroligt tyndt i spidserne) for 3700 dkk, selvom jeg blev lovet 200-220g. Udover det har behandlingen ødelagt mit naturlige hår, og flere totter Extensions er allerede faldet ud efter kort tid. Jeg vil våge den påstand at sige at de ikke er uddannet derinde, hverken frisøre eller negle-/vippeteknikere. Det er virkelig skuffende, og jeg kan absolut ikke anbefale denne salon til nogen!

Me and my friend got eyelash extensions at this salon. They were pretty, but after they fell off both me and my friends natural lashes were half the length they were before the extensions… the prices are cheap and so are the products that they use, and the result is ruined natural lashes. So I don’t recommend this place if you want eyelash extensions.
Besides that, the room you got them made in was VERY small and the bed you was laying on was little in length. We could barely lay on it, and it was with our legs curled up.

Er simpelthen uprofessionelle, deres priser holder ikke, de procenter de så fint lover, giver de ikke. Tror ikke der er en eneste der har en uddannelse, hverken som frisør eller som negleteknikker. De forstår kun meget lidt engelsk og er ganske unge piger der laver negle. Vil bestemt ikke anbefale dem.
