Great deal on Berghaus coats and tops. Great service from the shop in Stroud. Always really helpful and attentive and nothing is too much trouble. Hence, we always buy more than we planned!

Super friendly staff who are always ready to help and have a good knowledge of the equipment in stock.
The store has a good range of kit and it is well laid out and easy to look at before buying.

Boots exchanged easily
Found that my new boots were slightly small. Took to the Stroud branch. Found that the larger size was out of stock as model is being replaced. Got a great deal on the newer model in the larger size. Great service from Andrew/Alex

A quick, easy and cheap purchase
A quick, easy and cheap purchase of a rucksack repair kit. Who knew one even existed?
It had exactly what I wanted: a chest strap and buckle, plus lots of other useful items, should I ever need them, and all for a fiver.
Well done for having this when Mountain Warehouse didn’t even know one existed.
