In project management, scope, time and budget are key elements for a successful project. A project is a planned deliverable that takes stages; initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and closure. Failure to follow such steps may yield poor deliverables.

Learned that documenting, keeping and updating information/record about the project is important for reference, as this information is helpful to different stakeholders and in future similar projects.

Risk management is important since it involves identifying the risk, the cause, the outcome and the likely impact. This helps in developing safety precautions to protect the health and lives of the employees/workers.

Also learnt that before executing any project, there must be approvals obtained from relevant authorities that ensure that guidelines and regulations are adhered to.

I wholeheartedly enjoyed the professors lectures and discussions. Most importantly, I enjoyed the customer service as access to my portal was temporarily unavailable but got restored in due time. I appreciate the teams responsiveness very much. Thank you !

I have learnt the art of project managment, and this course has helped me to bridge some gaps in project management, including agility in project managemet, conflict resolution, collaboration, resource management, etc. The knowledge gained will definitely help me to be a better project manager.

The training was very well organized and informative. The teacher is highly professional and explains the material very clearly, making complex topics easy to understand. The help desk team is amazing—always responsive, supportive, and efficient.

I would suggest adding some additional sessions specifically for participants who plan to take the ACCA exam. These sessions could focus on how to solve exam questions, manage exam time effectively, and understand the best way to structure and write answers. This would add great value to the training and better prepare participants for the exam.

The Tutor is very experienced and has time for students.

I liked the dynamic nature of the lessons, the effort the tutor tried to make sure everyone is involved in the lesson activities. It was a lot of material though! I sensed that the tutor in some cases had to be really fast to go through the slides and it was not possible to assimilate everything during the lessons.

The 35-hour PMP training session with MindCypress was very informative and well-structured. The trainer explained every concept clearly and linked it to real project management scenarios, which made it easier to understand and apply.

One small suggestion — if each sprint of 5 hours could be divided into 2 to 3-hour live sessions with short coffee breaks, it would help working professionals stay more focused and engaged throughout the training day. This small adjustment can make sessions even more interactive and less exhausting after a full workday.

Personally, the first thing that stood out was the trainer's presentation; she's an excellent communicator. I confess that some things escaped me, but since my objective in this training was specific, I managed to achieve it. With time, I will refresh my knowledge of the new things I learned and haven't yet perfected.
