Shipping took forever and once my item (foundation) arrived, it had opened and leaked everywhere. To add insult to injury it was the wrong shade and the website says no refunds. $50 down the toilet.

Great products and great prices during Black Friday promotion. Just wish you’d stop the spamming emails and sms. Whenever I choose for minimal contact it always amps up again to spam level.

Not enough length
The mascara is okay but i would have liked more length out of it.

Fantastic finish
I really love my10 Collagen Cushion Compact Supreme Serum foundation at our store. It glides onto my skin and gives a lovely dewy glow too. The new packaging is also very cool.

I ordered my products and they were delivered quite quickly.
I have to say that the actual website frustrates me. Too many things flashing in front of me on the screen. Make it simple so I can easily choose what I need and purchase it.

I will never ever ever purchase from…
I will never ever ever purchase from Mirenesse again. Aside from the fact that the product they’re asking me to review was left out of the order which was delivered to me, even though I was charged twice for the order I made and am not only not being refunded the extra (unjustified) charge but customer service just stopped responding to following up with it; farce of a company and I wouldn’t touch them again with a 40 foot pole.

Hi Jakki, we are sorry to hear that, but our team has responded more than once and had requested information from you which you only supplied today , they are investigating your claims as both orders were combined and shipped to you as you had made 2 orders and used 2 different emails and you had confirmed receiving them, thus you were not charged twice, we will fix whatever is still missing and apologize if the response was not timed to your satisfaction however we have replied to each of your emails and we will try to do better , thank you
