The few interactions I had with the staff were very helpful. If the person I spoke to didn’t know the answer to my query they obtained the information and called me back right away.

I contacted MiRiDER because I had a question about one of their bike racks, they replied the very next day so I went ahead and ordered the bike rack and a bag. Delivery took only a couple of days which is really good. This is not the first time I have purchased from them and both times have been a very good service.

I love the bike only one downside for me the battery on full charge only last around 16 miles when it said it would last a lot more apart from that great

There are a few handy tips to try to get more range out of your MiRiDER that we would like to share with you;
• Check the pressure is in your tyres (PSI, pounds per square inch)
• How often is the throttle override being used
• Reduce the hills on the route, if at all possible
• Consider the terrain are you cycling on (tarmac, gravel, mud etc)
• Keep the luggage below the maximum limit
• Be mindful power level is it being cycled on 1 is the most economical
• Be aware that frequent thumb throttle being used can reduce battery
• Level of effort put through the pedals by the rider - less effort means the bike works harder
• Cold weather can have an effect on all batteries
The voltage information on your screen should also be used to give an even more accurate display of how much power is left. 42v shows that your battery is fully charged and 32v shows that it’s empty. One bar out of four doesn’t suggest that 25% of battery has been used. This is for a quick reference to see how much battery is left without scrolling to the VOL page at a glance.

Just love this little bike(Mirider One)
Just love this little bike,(MiRiDER one)I have had it just over 2 weeks and already done over 100 miles on it, it is so much fun to ride, it’s a head turner, I have had many people asking me questions about it, it is practical also as I live in a small apartment, so it folds up neat, I’m looking forward to many more adventures on this bike, I have also recently bought the bag for the MiRiDER one, from ordering it online, to conformation/dispatch emails it was very speedy, I had my bag the next day…from a early experience with MiRiDER brand I am very impressed and would highly recommend.

Five star bike!
I’ve just bought a Mirider 1 and I absolutely love it! I have a dodgy knee so the throttle from standstill is brilliant. It eats up the hills nicely and we can’t wait to take them away with us in our camper van. The bike is so well built, you feel safe on it and it folds away easily. I would highly recommend!
