the Broker was polite and respectful. The reply to my enquiry with a quote was prompt. The Policy and schedule proposed were clear in most but not all parts. However the changes in Exclusions regarding increase in Excess amount(written in the Schedule) was not mentioned or explained, when the proposals were discussed. When it came to paying the Premium in instalments, by mean of Direct Debit, the insurance Brokers or the Insurers themselves seem to connect with only one lending company who applies excessive transaction, and administrative, plus a very high Interest Rate of 27.8%, so so the Premium of £1,445 increased by more than £400! I would like future clients to be vigilant about Excess and about paying by D.D.

The service is very good, Bradley was able to keep my premium at a good price. I am happy with the company so far and that's why I have been with them for three years.
