I was told that upon my wheelchair arriving, someone would put it together for me and I would be shown how to use it, etc. This did not happen. Thankfully I was able to read the instructions and sort... Ver mais

I'm really sorry to hear that a third party incorrectly picked this twice, we have enquired into how this happened to prevent it again. Unfortunately, due to the holiday period this is the soonest date for collection.
Arrived in the in 5days just as said it would
Arrived today 17/12/25 a friend put it together for me looks good extended to a good height for me it’s wide and folds up I have no room in the boot of my car as there is a mobility scooter that takes that space hoping I can fit in the back of my car thank you for your service MobiQuip

Great Service & Product!
Great service, pushchair was delivered very quickly.
Only thing I would say is Mobiquip could do with upgrading the basket you can buy for the XL. It rubs against the wheels when you push the stroller which is a shame. Otherwise an amazing product that is the only pushchair our son has been fully happy in since he was a baby, so thank you!

Great company.
I was told that upon my wheelchair arriving, someone would put it together for me and I would be shown how to use it, etc. This did not happen. Thankfully I was able to read the instructions and sort it myself due to being an ambulatory wheelchair user. But this may screw over someone who is paralyzed or less able to walk and lift things than I am. They should stop promising to do this service or actually start doing it. Otherwise, great company, great service, great product.

I have never heard of this company,called the company for information regarding the chair,didn’t have the information but sent a link to get an answer! Ordered my chair on a Saturday morning,2-3 day delivery.Received a text on the Monday evening delivery would be tomorrow.Able to track order through the app,great service and quick delivery,would definitely recommend the chair and definitely the company! 10 out of 10!

Easy to use, the product is amazing and arrived next day bonus as the little one is struggling with the cold and cant walk in it and his old pushchair just wasn't cutting it and with how big hes getting it was uncomfortable for him but this one my days I love it easy to use light weight its amazing
