Modern UPVC Windows Avaliações

This is the third time I have had windows from this company. Always have good communication, A good quality product, And quick delivery

I purchased 6 windows, 1 door, triple bi-fold. We had a mix of double and treble-glazed windows in our order. The ordering process was easy, and they were delivered in a reasonable time. Everything purchased was going into my two-storey extension. I used a building company that have over 20 years of building experience, and also have great proficiency when fitting doors, windows, bi-folds etc. I would also add that their prices were very competitive, hence my decision to use this company. I paid over £5K for everything, which I feel is good value.

About 3-4 weeks after installing the bi-fold windows a 6" hairline crack appeared at the bottom of in the internal middle pain. At that time, no one was working in the kitchen where the bi-folds were installed, so I was surprised to see this crack appear. After some research, I understand cracks can appear when the temperatures drops very low, which is consistent with the timelines of when they were installed, which was towards the end of October 2025.

I contacted Modern UPVC Windows to explain what had happened, it took a considerable time for them to reach their decision. Actually, their responses were very slow and I had to do quite a bit of chasing. Many weeks passed before they reached their decision, which was that I had to pay for the new panel. I did this as I didn't want to take the chance the whole panel might break. The new panel cost me £259. The replacement came well packaged and promptly, at no extra charge. I've had it fitted now, and I have no problems.

Overall, I would say the windows, door and Bi-fold (with the exception of the internal window pain cracking) are excellent. The sales service was good, less so the after sales service. Disappointed to have had to pay the extra £259 for the faulty window pain, and it not being covered under warranty or a good will gesture.

Would I recommend them? Probably not due to my experience, although the products are good and their prices are competitive. I just worry about their after sales service, and that is simply because of my experience.

They kept me well informed of delivery times, queried my order to make sure everything was correct.
a well organised company with good communication skills, very helpful and polite delivery drivers.
Good quality windows at a very competitive price.

Easy to use website. Ordering is easy. Delivery good.

The windows that we bought from modern Upvc windows were excellent quality and at a very good price too
The website was easy to use with lots of options to change the glass type and lock type etc so you know what you are getting and you get an instant price
We misplaced some of the clips etc and they sent them out to us straight away free of charge which was really nice of them
The delivery went smoothly and the driver was really nice
We would genuinely recommend modern Upvc windows to anyone looking for windows or doors it’s really worth going on the website to get an instant quote
All the people we dealt with from the company were really helpful
Thank you
Michael

I am highly disappointed with my experience and cannot recommend this company. The quality of the windows is far below what they advertise. Every single window frame arrived with scratches, and the glass panes were scratched as well.To make matters worse, one of the glass units arrived completely defective. I contacted customer service to find a solution, but they never resolved the issue.Save your money and look elsewhere. Their advertising is highly misleading, the product quality is poor, and they do not stand behind their commitments.

Ive used modern upvc windows 3 times and it’s spot on every time.

Website for ordering is good to use when ordering windows and doors. Used before so happy with products previously purchased.

Very easy to order a slightly complex arrangement, helpful customer service during ordering and installation. Order arrived on schedule and delivered by very helpful driver. Straightforward to fit and fitted exactly as required. Excellent value for money. Would recommend. Thank you.

Great quality and price, fast delivery with a very nice driver. this is my second set from them (two different houses) both times they've been fantastic

This company has been exceptional. We renovated our property over and 18 month period and every time we had an issue to resole, Modern windows were there. Out of all the suppliers we had to deal with, this company was head and shoulders above the rest. Well done to them and their team. Tom

Quick turn round. Two to be delivered from placing my order. Delivery driver was very helpful and polite. Purchased a window and door which I am very happy with. I was missing the keys to the window but was sent out two replacements very promptly. Excellent service.

Modern windows are highly recommended- communications were excellent, through to delivery and help with a query on extra parts I needed. The windows are great quality and a great price- why pay more? I will be returning for future orders.

Excellent service as always, easy to use website, reasonable prices, good communication and helpful delivery person. I will definitely use them again.

I found the order system clear and liked the fact it was easy to choose options such as different sizes of sill, or type of glass.
Doors seem very sturdy. The locking mechanisms are quite stiff at the moment, hopefully they will get better with use?

Great windows for the best prices I've found. Triple glazed windows for less than most charge for double.

Excellent product and fantastic service, would highly recommend.

No issues at all... delivery by 2 people who put them carefully in my garage. DIY fitted no problems at all. Good quality.

Used modern UPVC before but only for smaller orders. This time I ordered over 20 windows and doors. I liked the fact that my order was looked at and there were a few things I had overlooked that were picked up and checked. Delivery was efficient and as advised. Will definitely be first port of call for the next project

Friendly helpful staff and competitive pricing. Good colours too
