In 2025 I started on my own to find a new home to stay when I fully retire. I never felt comfortable with the offers of the landlords. The relation of asked prices and value did not fit to be confident.
Things changed when the Facebook algorithm send me a Mojo Estates add. I checked the website and found immeditately trust.
We arranged a head office meeting in Fuengirola and Benita, who got responsible of me, started to check the market.
Two month later I came back, we did a Costa del Sol tour visiting off-plan developments and found my dream home in Manilva. I always insited on sea view and we found even more: bright view on the meditarranean sea, beautiful beach and the wonderful Manilva marina called Port la Duquesa.
From there everthing went fast. The legal team of Mojo arranged contracts and organized my payments.
Later they will take care on my appartment rental before I finally settle in Spain.
Great team, like a family. I enjoy beeing a part of this family.

As an international buyer, having that level of guidance removed a lot of stress and made the experience feel straightforward, personal, and well organised.

We chose Mojo to guide us through the purchase of our apartment in the Casablanca urbanisation in Benalmádena because we were already familiar with the organisation and had a very positive feeling about them.

From the very first interaction, that trust proved to be well placed. Our real estate agent Tristan gave us a detailed FaceTime tour of the apartment, combined with honest and transparent advice. This gave us a realistic and reliable impression of the property, even from the Netherlands. On top of that, Mojo handled the negotiations with the selling agent professionally and effectively, ensuring the best possible outcome for us.

Based on this experience, we felt confident enough to say “yes” right away, with the condition that we would visit the apartment in person shortly after.

When we flew to Spain and saw the apartment live, we were even more enthusiastic than we had been during the virtual viewing. That really says it all.

Mojo then supported us throughout the entire purchase process, fully aligned with our wishes and expectations. Their guidance was smooth, clear and reassuring every step of the way. It was also great to have our feedback heard through Mojos Client Operations Manager, Tracy.

By now, we have been enjoying our second home in Spain for quite some time and we can honestly say that choosing Mojo was one of the best decisions we made in this journey.

Slechte ervaring met Cristina van mojo estates rental accomodatie op airbnb . was helemaal niet met wat we troffen hadden een appartement gehuurd in hollywood hills mijas : inbraaksporen , rioolgeur via ventilatie kanalen ,vuile bedden met vlekken , stof overal en ze antwoorden niet of doen uit de hoogte dat je moet sturen in het engels of spaans we leven in 2025 de moeite ni doen om te vertalen , airco valt uit werkelijk degoutant slechtse ervaring ooit en ik kom al 6 jaar in mijas nooit zoiets meegemaakt eenmaal je betaald ben je een vogel voor de kat met zulke bedriegers

Vi lejede et fantastisk hus - Villa Medina de Torre Nueva i Mijas Costa. Alvaro fra Mojo Estates var det mest hjælpsomme menneske, og alt fungerede upåklageligt.

Jeg lejet et hus i Mijas. Helt fantastisk hus!
Mojo Estates var dog forfærdelige at leje gennem.
Der er gået tre uger nu og jeg har ikke fået mit depositum tilbage. Da jeg skulle betale anden rate af huset, skulle jeg selv bede om en faktura, da de ikke sendt mig en. Helt generelt holder de ikke deres aftaler og er forsinket med alting. Mega dårlig oplevelse :(

De har store armbevægelser - men kan absolut ikke anbefales
