Søger efter ferie med fly og hotel og bestiller og bliver videresendt til Travellink. Den værste fup firma hvor du acceptere medlemskab på prime for 899 i mdr og er umulig at opsige. Bagefter får vi så besked på vi ikke har bestilt hotel og ikke er gået igennem og kun har fly og vi skal ombooke hotel. Ringer til min bank og siger som det er og han fortæller alle pengene er trukket. Vi ringer til Travellink og snakker med AI og kommer igennem efter 1 time. Og de kommer med alle mulige undskyldninger og starter med at sige hotellet slet ikke er bestilt og der vil gå op til 10 dage inden vi får pengene retur da vi efter lang tid får sagt til dem vi IKKE vil have et hotel men pengene refunderet! HOLD JER LANGT VÆK

The site is OK if you want to travel within Europe but it doesn't sell trips to Cuba as it is a vassal of the US, so I have started using Supersavertravel, which sells trips to everywhere. I would suggest moving momondo to Europe to be able to offer customers a full experience.

there were no hazbin hotel references and it really hurt my feelings i expected immediatly when i walked in the house it would start blasting losin' streak but it sadly did not i was sad and sobbed on the floor until dawn where i looked through the house and found no temu alastor plushies where i started shaking twerking sharting and sobbing on the ground until nightfall where i saw no porcelain sculpture of vox giving valentino backshoots in the freezer another blow to my heart i had sob and watch the end of season 2 episode 8 of helluva boss to let my feelings out i had this IM GONNA DIE im still sharting and sobbing i could not be sadder...

Jeg bookede via Momondo med KLM på baggrund af bestemte tider der fik mig bedst muligt til Nairobi.
De tider, der endte i bookingen hos Ticket.dk, var ekstremt dårlige anderledes med ETIHAD - overnatning i Abu Dhabi og sindssyg ud- og hjemrejse med natafgang kl. 01:45. Billetten er ubrugelig og jeg forsøgte i samme minut at jeg så fejlkøbet - var stensikker på at det var Momondo KLM tilbudet jeg betalte for (på mobilen hvilket måske var dumt af mig) at skrive til dem for at ændre tiderne og at jeg var blevet snydt. Derudover forsøgte jeg at stoppe bankoverførsel. Ticket.dk svarede iskoldt - jeg er færdig med at booke på Momondo som samarbejder med den slags scam-firmaer og vil hellere bestille direkte hos flyselskabet.

Ho provato a vedere i prezzi di un noto hotel di Pescara (hotel Esplanade) e mi fa vedere solo i prezzi di Hotels ed Expedia (che tra l'altro sono siti Gemelli), alla faccia dell'offerta! Poi ho trovato per conto mio una tariffa più conveniente su Booking. A questo punto che senso ha utilizzare questo comparatore???

False advertising. Their prices do not match the actual prices of the flights they advertise.

Momondos side er virkelig blevet dårlig. Hvad sker der for valg af datoer. Total uoverskueligt man ved jo ikke hvad man foretager sig.

Virkelig dårlig søgemaskine - priser passer ikke når man skal booke eller reservere længere inde i systemet - hvad er søgemaskinen så værd. Spild af tid.

Jeg er på udkig efter en rejse til Bangkok og fandt en udbyder med direkte fly, SAS, men da jeg ville bestille rejsen som var inklusiv indtjekket bagage,, så viste det sig at jeg skulle betale ekstra for at få den hjem igen, over 600 kr.
Det er snyd at oplyse pris på den måde. Måske skal jeg sende kufferten hjem med UPS, det er sikkert billigere

I tried to leave a review about the bad experience I had with Budget Car Rental at YEG Airport, but it didn’t let me.

Fraudulent behaviour. I searched flights on Momondo and proceeded to book with an online website called cheapflightsfares.com featured on Momondo.
They charged me $7200 for business class LA to Australia return.
I noticed I didn't earn any points on the return leg so I called the airline directly and they advised me that the booking agent booked only 1-way with the airline for a fraction of the cost I was charged, and they used 'points' to buy the return leg, as points were used I wasn't eligible to earn points myself.
Momondo - never again. Cheapflightsfares.com absolute crooks and fraudsters.

Jeg brugte Momondo til at finde en flyrejse fra Reykjavik til København og fandt en god pris via Kiwi.com – ifølge Momondos søgning inkluderede billetten håndbagage. Men da jeg klikkede mig videre til Kiwi.com, fremgik det, at håndbagage slet ikke var inkluderet – og der var ingen mulighed for at tilføje det.

Det skaber stor forvirring som bruger. Jeg valgte netop at filtrere efter håndbagage inkluderet – så nytter det ikke, hvis de oplysninger ikke passer, når man skal til at købe billetten.

Momondo burde sikre sig, at deres filtre og oplysninger stemmer overens med realiteten hos deres samarbejdspartnere. Ellers er det ikke et troværdigt værktøj at planlægge rejser med.

Den mest latterlige hjemmeside i verden – jeg forstår simpelthen ikke, hvordan den er blevet populær.

I used to be a big fan of Momondo. However, something appears to have changed to the worse.
Most offers I find are not actually existing in the end.
Even if I tick the "airline websites only" column, I stil get quotes that the airlibe website knows nothing about.
Very disappointing.

All I can say is DON'T DO IT!! Booked a rental car to be picked up at noon. Arrived at rental location to be told that they were closed for 2 hours for lunch. Returned 2 hours later and the rental office does not have our reservation even though we received a confirmation number. The rental agent is being very helpful and kind, but we have been here 40 minutes now, still no car, and of course, the price, terms, and conditions are different. The website is total BS, shouldn't be allowed to do business.

Enttäuschend – Momondo übernimmt keine Verantwortung für unseriöse Partner

Ich habe über Momondo eine Hotelbuchung vorgenommen, die dann über deren Partner Stayforlong abgewickelt wurde. Die Buchung wurde erst bestätigt und später aus fadenscheinigen Gründen storniert – obwohl der Betrag vollständig von meiner Kreditkarte abgebucht wurde.

Ich habe nun weder eine Unterkunft noch eine Rückerstattung erhalten, und Momondo zeigt keinerlei Bereitschaft, sich um den Fall zu kümmern oder Verantwortung zu übernehmen.

Wer Plattformen wie Stayforlong anzeigt, sollte auch für deren Seriosität einstehen – oder sich von solchen Anbietern distanzieren.

Dass Momondo sich komplett aus der Sache zurückzieht, obwohl die Buchung über sie zustande kam, ist enttäuschend und für mich ein Grund, die Plattform in Zukunft zu meiden.

As soon as you put all of your information into their system, the price literally doubles. They are just scammers selling your information.

De aflyste min rejse uden forklaringer efter jeg købte billetterne til hele familien efter der gik en hel uge og de sagde jeg skulle også vente for refundering 3-4 dage. Nu står jeg her uden billetter og de koster dobbelt så meget.

I booked a Emirates return flight with Momondo from Birmingham to Harare and back. A day before returning to Birmingham he informed me that he have changed the Emirates airline to Qater airline. I asked him the reason he said there was a system glitch. I'm disappointed with such a reply because Emirates was operating as usual and was my choice for the flight.
