This company SUCKS forever; do NOT BUY anything here. I wish i had looked more in dept to the reviews on this page, which I didn't. Ordered some really nice lamps; never received. Emailed them 10 times, no response. We spammed them on instagram, no response. Also checked with the the brand of the lamps whether the lamps were even ordered with them (i.e. checking the reality of their pretended supply chain); they actually responded they never even heard of this website - and they were definitely no part of their retailers. With other words, this website pretend to be a retailer of brands, which they are simply not. In the end we claimed (and luckily received) the money back through our American express. This company is a scam for real! Save yourself stress, money, and failure; do not buy here.

Kriminelles Vorgehen: So was ist mir noch nie passiert. Die bestellte Ware hat nicht gepasst und ich habe sie zurückgeschickt. Die Sendung ist zweimal nicht angenommen worden und kam wieder zurück. Nach Kontaktaufnahme meinerseits, habe ich eine Email bekommen, dass sie momentan nichts annehmen können und ich solle mich im Juli wieder melden.
Fakt ist, ich bleibe auf der Ware und den Kosten sitzen.
So was ist mir noch nie passiert, ich sehe das als kriminelles Verhalten.
Scheint ja wohl auch bei anderen schon passiert zu sein - das wird nicht gut gehen. Ich hoffe, dass Monoqi nicht zu viele ehrliche Menschen weiterhin hintergeht.

Ich habe die Ware bezahlt aber nicht erhalten. Vorsicht, es sind Betrüger. Auf meine Mails habe ich Ausreden über Ausreden bekommen. Bloß die Finger weg lassen.

Almost 3 months ago ordered some goods. Received just one item. Just ordinary thief’s. Why has justice not yet closed this criminal company? CRIME DOES PAY!!

Also lost my money when i bought a couch, haven't heard anything avoid this company.

we've all had the same bad experience. We all fulfilled our contractual obligations, Monoqi did not.
We have not received a single response from Monoqi since June 2019, no apology, no payment and no understanding. Whenever we post comments on Instagram or Facebook, they are deleted. In the meantime, we have engaged a lawyer and we know that the company Monoqi is no longer to be found at the address given in Berlin. How much longer do we want to wait. Let's all get together and make an appearance in the social media that has been washed. And don't believe in Decovry's promises that someone will take care of our problems. They give us contact details and email addresses all the time, and if we contact them, nobody can do anything for us. It's all lies and cheating. I hope you have all filed fraud charges?
Imagine, meanwhile Monoqi supports poor designers in time of Corona... what scorn and what cynicism. They should get rid of their legacy and not pretend to have any decency here.
Maybe we should all storm the camp in Berlin .... then we will at least get our products back, if they don't pay the money. Monoqi has enriched himself twice over .... 1. didn't pay the designers and suppliers and 2. took the money from the customers and didn't deliver the goods. That is a disgrace.

die vielen negativen bewertungen hier kann nicht nachvollziehen bzw denen nicht zustimmen.

Super schöne und ausgefallene Sachen. Habe mir letzten eine Vase von Monoqi zugelegt und bin äußerst glücklich darüber. Das Personal ist auch sehr nett und bemüht. Einfach Toll.

Datenbasis wurde von decovry übernommen. Darunter sind auch gelöschte Konten. Jeder Nutzer aus der Monoqi Datenbank wird jetzt erst einmal ohne Zustimmung mit Werbung von decovry zugeschmissen. In Sachen Datenschutz stellt man sich dort dumm. Gott sei Dank ist das eine belgische Firma, die unter die europäische Datenschutzgrundverordnung fällt. Datenschutzbehörde des Landes Berlin als ehemaliger Sitz von Monoqi ist informiert um den Umgang mit Benutzerdaten nach Gutsherrenart zu beenden.

nachdem die Mitarbeiter von Monoqi sich bei mir wieder gemeldet haben und mir die Hoffnung gemacht haben, dass ich mein Geld zurück erstattet bekomme, passiert wieder nicht. Meine Emails kommen unzustellbar zurück, die Webseite funktioniert nicht und wird anscheint bar auch niemals funktionieren.
Leute, wisst ihr ob die Firma Insolvenz angemeldet hat oder weißt jemand bisschen mehr.
Es gibt so viele Leute, die in gleiche Situation sind wie ich.Wir müssen irgendwelche Schritte unternehmen! Vielleicht gibt es irgendwelche Juristen unter uns? Was sollen wir tun?????

Achtung! Bestellungen wurden nicht geliefert! Erst wurde man noch eine Weile vertröstet, dann gab's keine Kommunikation mehr und man muss seinem Geld hinterherlaufen. Das alles ist äußerst unseriös!

Ich bin langjähriger Kunde bei Monoqi gewesen, hatte viel bestellt und war immer zufrieden. Aber seit heute setze ich Alarm.

Im Frühjahr hatte ich ein technisches Gerät bestellt, dass nach 3 monatiger Wartezeit und vielen Vertröstungen endlich geliefert wurde.
Jetzt lässt sich die Batterie nicht mehr aufladen. Da noch innerhalb der Garantie habe ich mich an Monoqi gewandt und ausser den automatischen Antworten kein Feedback erhalten. Zwischenzeitlich habe ich den Service der Firma in UK direkt angeschrieben. Diese bedauerten, mir nicht helfen zu können, da Monoqi die Ware angeblich niemals bezahlt habe. Heute habe ich es telefonisch und per Mail erneut bei Monoqi versucht. Es ist ständig besetzt und die Mails kommen als unzustellbar zurück.

Daraufhin gesehen, dass die website offline ist und in 8 Tagen wieder aktiv sein soll. Ich bin gespannt...

Avoid buying from Monoqi. It is the second time that I order something with them and the experience was terrible. I do not have my product after a month since the delivery date was scheduled and they are not able to provide me with a tracking number of the shipment or any other details to contact the seller. If they are selling the product, they have the major responsibility since they sell it until the product arrive to the customer door. The customer service they offer through email is terrible and they do not reply or they reply after 3 days with no valid answer. When you try to call them, the person is rude and she does not let you talk, she fight you even though you are the customer and you are unhappy with the service. Never again

Do NOT order anything with Monoqi since they are in an insolvency procedure.
We ordered something right before that period and received the product but it doesn't work and we would like to return it. However this is no longer possible. 100€ lost.

I haven't received my complete order from Monoqi for 6 weeks and I've now received an email saying they have gone into administration.

Avoid, if you don't want to risk losing your money!

Very bad experience. They don't deliver. Original delivery of 4 weeks was not possible. After almost 2 months they still couldn't say when to expect the order. I cancelled my order. Never again.

Ein unseriöser und unzuverlässiger Anbieter.
Seit Monaten bekomme ich immer die gleiche Aussage:

„Wir können dir leider noch kein finales Feedback zum Liefertermin zukommen lassen, da wir noch auf abschließende Informationen seitens des Designers und des Logistikpartners warten“

Noch nie so geärgert über einen Shop.

Niemals wieder.
