We are a family run business with a team who has more than 20 years’ experience in the glazing industry, so you can always speak to a glazing expert directly for instant quotations and free advice. Montrose Glass is fully accredited and work to British Standards (ISO 9001/ISO 45001). We are also accredited in the safe contractor scheme, so you can rest assured of quality control with all of our works and procedures. As a safe contractor, we only employ highly qualified, experienced, professional and trustworthy glaziers. All our own glazing vans are fully stocked with the most common types of single glazing glass that we can cut on site. This means we could fix your window in the first visit! We pride ourselves on carrying out all glass and glazing works to the highest standards and on our clear and concise communication with our customers.

Great company, great experience
Really helpful from the first call. We are a contractor and not the resident of where the glass needed replacing. A team went out the same day as the call which was a Friday and the job was fully complete by the Monday when they gave us a timeline of a week. Really professional all the way through. Easy to work with. We will definitely use them again if we need them.

I am 90 years old with cancer and…
I am 90 years old with cancer and angina my wife is 89 with Alzheimer’s she tried to close window with handle in wrong position window came out of track and would not close your chap came for 17 minutes and closed it my problem is being charged 51% of a months pension for the work why can’t you not assess the customer and distress they are in and charge accordingly on a sliding scale I find this disgusting

Boarded window temporarily
Boarded window temporarily, promptly, then told would measure for glass at same time as boarding and save us money because wouldn’t have to make visit again to measure glass.
Quoted £195 x 2 for both boarding and glass fitting inc VAT
After a week had to contact company again to ask when was glass being fitted, comment was only quoted for boarding up!! If we wanted glass fitted would have to come and measure again and would be £210 plus VAT!
At this point got another firm to make unit and fit glass for £84 inc VAT

New Glass Panels On Front Door …
Montrose were efficient from the first telephone call until the job completion. Really impressed - they answer the phone every time, engage pro-actively and the communication & billing is first class. Their prices are very reasonable for this day and age. I was really impressed with the overall service. Clark, who carried out the work, was friendly, skilled and a pleasure to have in the house. Highly recommended.

Since 2004 we trust Montrose Glass to get the job done. we…
In all the times since 2004 when we have called in Montrose Glass ltd, to fix/replace with double glazed windows or all our double double glazed exit doors, they have responded very quickly, they are always helpful, and the glazier who has called to our premises to do the jobs is a really nice and helpful guy
we are very happy with them and feel they are a very trustworthy company.

What amazing service
What amazing service. Needed help late on a Friday afternoon and was concerned I might be waiting ages for a response. I could not have been further from the truth. Montrose were efficient and quick and attended site in no time at all. Not only that but it was all delivered with a SMILE. Thank you Montrose Glass for enabling me to get home and enjoy my weekend knowing the site was safe and secure.

Super helpful and informative
Super helpful and informative - talked me through the issues and how to resolve - did a temp fix so I could secure my home and came back next day to fit the needed parts and also checked all my windows as a precaution as recently moved in which gave me piece of mind! We're more expensive than other repairers but worth the cost as very accommodating in needing urgent repair and kept me updated throughout the process. Would recommend Montrose 👌
