Simple website to use and I got my product within three days. It works perfectly. Great service.

Bought a Roland FP 10. This piano is regarded as an entry level instrument. In my opinion after playing it for a month it is better than that. The SuperNatural piano engine sounds uncannily like an acoustic (through headphones). The textured feel to the keys and the PHA-4 weighted action makes it a pleasure to play. The FP-10 doesn't come with many sounds, but for a pro player who uses only piano, and wants portability without compromise, the Roland would be worth a look.

The Fender Telecaster Ultra 2 (Avalanche) I purchased online has just arrived. An extremely fair price, great communication via email and phone, and delivery in less than 24 hours from Mooloolaba Music to Nelson Bay. latest update, 3+ weeks and nothing, I had to call to find out stock still not in, no call update. hopeless

The guitar maintenance department always has a huge backlog and can't accept new jobs. Twice ive been to drop my gutars and been sent away with my guitars they won't even accept them into the backlog.

I don't know why they don't hire more people it's a constant issue and really frustrating.

Awesome store. These guys go out of there way to help and seem to get behind the local artist. Have been to many music stores in the past and this is definately the best Ive seen.

Fast delivery...Ordered my new guitar on the weekend and it arrived on the Tuesday....To my advantage, I am only about a 2.5 hour drive away but still didn't expect the delivery to be that quick. (picked up Monday & delivered Tuesday)

I was skeptical at first as I was looking for a specific product (Neural DSP Quad Cortex) which is out of stock most places at the time. Mooloolaba was one of the only online shops selling them but I had never heard of Mooloolaba before.

I called the customer service number to double check it's legitimacy, I was pleasantly greeted by the salesperson, they reassured me that there were 6 in stock and if I ordered that day it would be sent out the same day.

They made good on this promise and I received it within 3 business days even though I live in Western Australia.

Highly Reccommend.

Would have saved $10 on the marked down Roland cube amp if I went to billy Hyde, I think they should research other music stores prices and try and match them in advance.

The guy took forever on the computer to do what ever he was doing... I was standing around for a very long time waiting. Once that was sorted my online order was ready quickly.

I haven't got my order yet it's been a week and as far as I can see it's still in Queensland. I have a gig next Saturday and I was hoping to spend some time time with it getting it dialled in to my rig.
