Bought an ABB panel view from Moore last month but the signal light wouldn't turn on at first... They jumped on a video call with us immediately to guide us through troubleshooting. We talked through it a lot, but we finally got it fixed. Really fast and helpful after-sales support.

Was a bit skeptical at first buying ABB parts from Moore since it was my first time. But everything went smoothly - delivery took about a week via FEDEX. Just finished the installation and the parts are functioning perfectly.

I was quoted a new product, so I sent the payment. Later Miya told me it was refurbished, then they changed the story to "used", first they told me they had pictures, then, they didn't have any pictures. the story just keep changing and changing, so I requested my money back and of course! the stopped answering back.
