They screwed me did not ship my part had me pay 60 to over night but been a week no parts
One of the worst companies I’ve ever dealt with
One of the worst companies I’ve ever dealt with. Ordered car parts on April 1st. Got an email a few days later saying an item was on back order. Told them to proceed with the order just remove the back ordered part. They responded and said ok but then stated my shipping total was wrong and had been adjusted. Two and a half weeks later my parts have still not shipped. Tried to call multiple times with no response. Customer service with this company is nonexistent.

I needed a hard to find gloss black fog lamp bezel for my grand Cherokee altitude. Cyde took my call and personally checked my VIN, pulled the part and I had it in Michigan writhing 2 days. I’ll never order parts for my Jeep anywhere else. Thanks for a great experience!!!

I ordered a small switch that for my Dodge Charge I never received . However ,the USPS post office gave me a statement that the part was delivered on January 6th, 2023 ,in a rain storm . However I checked with my neighbors and none of them have mistakenly received my package .The postoffice agent showed me a printout , saying that the package on January 6th 2023. was delivered on January 6 . After calling Mopar, they tell me that they are not responsible . I was hoping that they would send me another part, without charging me They refused to do that . I asked the Mopar agent , if they could give me a discount ,on ordering the part a second time .Mopar Factory Parts refused to offer me a one dollar discount ,to reorder the part .
What is wrong with this company ? I would avoid doing business with this company like they had a bad case of the plague ! Horrible company !
Horrible shipping speed. Dishonest business
Bought a part from them that said it was in stock and waited 3 weeks for them to send it. Now the part is here and installed on my vehicle and guess what? The part has failed. So they want me to mail the part back BEFORE they will send the other replacement part. So my car has to sit for 2-3 weeks without the water pump in order to get the new part in the mail. This business is a fraud and I will NEVER use them again.

Factory Chrysler Parts online store is totally horrible. I’ve ordered two items which was shown available on their website store. Suddenly they have replied apologising that their online store is not updated, and the items I’ve ordered is not anymore available… Till here is nice…. Ok. When you ask for the refund back of your money, No one will answer you. No refund option!!!

This company is totally dishonest. That talk about guaranteed fitment and then the part comes and it is wrong. After many days of phone calls, emails, and texts, they never once replied. They suck, they should not be allowed to keep ripping people off time and time again. They deserve 0 stars, don’t waste your time and money with them.

I ordered part through this website for the first time cam, valves etc... order placement was easy. I had to call to find out why order was held up a few days late. The ladies were extremely nice and helpful. The ensured me my items would be sent out that day which they where and I would recieve them no later then Monday.
Sure enough all parts showed up Monday. But due to what I have read in reviews I still wanted to make sure all parts are there. I match all items up to my order list and was happy to see that all items were in the box. Very happy with my order and customer service. Not a 5 star because I had to call and see what was the hold up with parts. But still very happy over all

I ordered 2 parts with expedited shipping. The parts never were shipped on time because they were out of stock. Once I received my package, one of the parts is missing. They do not answer their phones, chat, or emails. Avoid. Had to file a credit card dispute and waiting to see if I get my monies back that way since they don't seem to be sending out my part.
They Don't Fix Their Mistakes or Respond
I ordered 4 window weatherstrips for our truck - 2 of the 4 were correct. 1 seemed similar but not exactly what was in the picture, and the last one was for a completely different car. The model number on the package label was a 9 instead of a 6 in one place when compared with the item number on my confirmation page. I ordered black rubber weatherstripping for a Dodge Ram and recieved a chrome plastic piece for a Jeep. It happens, sometimes companies mix up parts, no biggie. But now I've been calling and emailing for 2 months to get it replaced with the correct item and they will not even reply. I've called 4 times and emailed 3 times and haven't recieved a reply at all. They're avoiding fixing their mistakes which is shady. I will never order from them again. $60 out of pocket on a piece we can't even use because they will not answer back.

They take pleasure in being rude, non responsive, giving false information, and taking your money only to make you wait and wait and wait. They make promises that they never keep. I wish I had enough influence to have them investigated, and have their merchant accounts cancelled to shut down their online business.

I would not order anything from this rip off of a company,I'd give them zero stars if I could,ordered a rack and pinion which is hydraulic and part is wrong tried to return it and they told me it's an electrical part so it's non refundable so I'm stuck with a 850 dollar part,joke of a company!
BAD EXPERIENCE!!!
The parts that I received do not work. I've been calling customer service for many days and no one answered. In the end, someone answered the phone and told me that even if the parts were broken, I could not return them if I had tested or installed them. So DO NOT BUY THE PARTS FROM THEM!!!!! SO BAD EXPERIENCE!!!!
They Intentionally Sell Wrong Parts
The item I purchased did not fit my vehicle even though their website indicated it fit based on all details of my vehicle. To return the item, they required I pay shipping and a restocking fee. In the end, a $40 item would cost me $30 in shipping and stocking costs had I returned it.

My vehicle: 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland Ecodiesel
As of Oct 29, 2021, they still have not corrected their website even after I have pointed out their mislabeling to customer service.
If their website says "This part fits your...", don't believe it.
Non Existing Customer Service
Similar experience as others. I order part and was charged immediately for the part. After 7 days their website showed the order “in progress”. Attempted to get a status via website chat and 3 phone calls only to be able to leave a voice mail. After 12 days and no response from vendor I cancelled the order. Received a email confirming cancel and was told it would be 3-5 days before account was credited. It’s day 4 and still waiting credit. I would advise not doing business with this company due to lack of customer service. By the way I ordered the same part from Amazon and received it in 3 days.
