Ordered pair of shoes which did not fit and had to exchange. The customer service was really good with very quick responses and the return / refund process went smooth. The quality of the shoes speaks for itself, so no need to review :)

Tutto perfetto dall'ordine dei prodotti alla spedizione ed alla consegna. Avevo gia' acquistato in passato la stessa tipologia di scarpe, con piena soddisfazione, ma l'attuale produzione mi e' pare anche superiore per qualita' dei materiali e la bella ed accurata finitura. Anche il confezionamento mi sembra piu' accurato.

I wondered why at purchase, it was recommended to purchase a size smaller. Now, I know better.
The leather is 💯. I feared it may be too glossy for my liking. My fear did not materialise.
The expertise in craft, is beautiful to behold.
I tried this pair of shoes on and I am unable to come to terms with taking them off my feet.
If you can afford it, do not hesitate.

Ne changez rien à votre qualité!
J'aime la qualité de votre marque, une qualité qui va dans le détail. Certes des chaussons d'intérieur à 300 euros c'est un prix, mais quand la qualité est au rendez-vous, c'est un plaisir d'être votre client.
Un petit commentaire technique: j'ai aussi des chaussons en cuir qui ne sont pas des "slippers" mais plutôt des chaussons avec talon. Je les aime beaucoup, mais la semelle est trop fine, et en hiver ce n'est pas assez chaud si le sol n'est pas chaud lui-même. Un peu plus d'épaisseur serait un "plus" avantageux.
