We have been using More Than Accountants since 2018, and our experience has been consistently positive.

One of the main reasons we chose them was their transparent pricing structure. Their fees are agreed in advance using a clear formula based on the number of transactions in the business account, so there are no unexpected surprises.

The package includes access to the Xero bookkeeping platform, together with a receipt management system. They initially provided Receipt Bank and have since transitioned to their own platform, both of which have made bookkeeping much easier.

Their payroll service has been excellent. Despite me often submitting payroll information very close to the end of the month, the calculations and payslips are usually completed and returned on the same day, which has been extremely helpful.

I would particularly like to thank **Eiman Hamid**, who has looked after our payroll over the last few years and recently prepared our year-end accounts. The process was efficient and well organised, and she was always happy to explain any questions during our Zoom meeting, making the accounts straightforward to understand and approve.

Communication has also been very good. Emails are generally answered within a couple of working days, and when you telephone, you are usually able to speak to a member of the team rather than navigating lengthy automated systems.

So I have been using MoreThanAccounts for a few years now. The payrol team, specifically Muhammad Zeeshan has been very helpful explaining steps and payments to HMRC through the year to maintain the correct balance on account with step by step procedures- if you need a full accountancy (specifically Hasrat Zaman) and payroll service (Muhammad Zeeshan) I would thoroughly recommend them.
